Octopus energy is always extremely helpful and responsive, and I am incredibly grateful to Leila H who helped to register a gas meter MTD with the industry after my meter was newly installed by British Gas but never registered (despite British Gas falsely stating that they had added the MTD to the National Database). Leila was so supportive and guided me through all the stages of the process, not only working to update the MTD, but providing helpful updates and guidance throughout the period of update. I'm hugely grateful for all of her effort and patience as we added the details, and I really appreciate her time and support with navigating the update. Thank you so much Leila! The help I received throughout this process is a testament to the great service (customer and energy) that Octopus provides.

Vicky was outstanding, a true credit to the company. She has fantastic active listening skills, rapport building and use of effective questioning. I felt heard and reassured and octopus should be very proud to have her as an employee.

I am moving across to Octopus energy and Mollie who was the customer rep was brilliant. It is really useful that Mollie was the first contact and I was able to have the continuity as was able to reply to her email and had the 2nd call to sign up.
