I set up an account today and was assisted by Zak P. He was lovely, very friendly and helpful explaining everything very clearly and also had a great sense of humour. I was really happy with the service and ended the call with a smile on my face.

I prefer to handle things online but I needed assistance with setting up a new account and what a great experience! Kainaat was not only knowledgeable but polite and positive. She got my account all set up and made my day besides. Thanks Kainaat! -Chris

Dealt with Areeba who was very polite, courteous and more than helpful in explaining and arranging the whole process of switching over to 'Octopus' from our previous supplier. Despite the time lag between initial contact and finalisation everything worked out to our advantage and I would recommend anyone to at least have a look at what 'Octopus' can do to cut your ever increasing energy costs.

I felt very comfortable during my call with Dexter, he was very helpful and went through all the steps clearly and was very helpful in clarifying the concerns/questions I had. My account was set up in no time! I look forward to my time with Octupus Energy. Very pleasant call

Yes. Ella rapidly sorted out my problem (the online ‘renew tariff’ option I wished to choose gave me an error message) and dealt with my continued provision option, clearly, quickly and in a very pleasant, efficient manner.

Called with query relating to tariff change; after only a short wait to be connected I chatted with the agent (Nathan Team Cov-12) who was very personable and couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. He quickly reviewed our usage and payment schedule to ensure we had the most cost-effective arrangement going forward - great service.

I really appreciated Jacob’s help today, he was professional and reassuring and nothing was too much trouble. I was worried sick. Jacob was kind and put my mind at ease. Sorted my bill out really quickly and was very kind, an absolute credit to Octopus 😊

I have nothing negative to say about Octopus Energy. It is very refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to an actual person, and without spending an inordinate amount of time in a queue. The service I have received from them is fantastic. Spoke to Mandy recently who helped with moving home and it was all just very easy.

Previous house owner had disconnected the power and gas. Dexter was amazing at getting this rectified, setting me up with a temporary account, getting the supply working and completing the information to get the national database updated to allow me to then compare prices
