Was very worried that I couldn’t change my tariff on my mobile phone as my fixed tariff had come to an end and it had automatically put me on a variable one. I spoke with Mark who put me at ease immediately and reassured me and changed my tariff to a fixed one. Great customer service and can’t thank him enough.

I was very pleased with the help provided to my Mum from Octopus. The advisor Lucy was very approachable and understanding of the situation. She came back to me very quickly and provided me with the necessary information. I am very grateful to Lucy for the help given to make my Mum's financial situation better and sending out heated throw. Thank you very much Lucy and the staff at Octopus who have emailed me so promptly in response to my different queries.

I called as I could not remember if I had chosen a fixed tariff to move to after my current one ends (12th Dec). It turns out I had however, the lovely lady I talked to realised that since I had decided on the new fixed tariff a slightly better one was on offer. She amended my choice & my direct debit (which I wanted) straight away. Really friendly and SO helpful, thank you 😁

Nothing less than incredible service always since being a customer 6 years ago. Especially the last six months dealing with a "dead" meter. Mark, the customer liaison officer, has been highly professional, has dealt efficiently and promptly with all the issues that we have had to deal with. He has been knowledgeable, courteous, kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble to deal with. His commitment to sorting out a problem that was originally ignored has been nothing less than exemplary. We cannot praise his customer relations skills enough.

excellent customer service honestly. Emailed them and they responded in 2 minutes saying I had to call them. Called them and in 2 minutes issue was resolved. No clue about if the prices are good or anything else, but the less time out of my day listening to music on a phone call the happier I am with my provider.
