I contacted customer service today and have to say that everything was sorted very quickly. The advisor who helped was Mark H cov10 and he was very professional and Couldn't have been more helpful. It's really nice to deal with someone at customer service who genuinely is happy to help. Thank you.

Trying to get a clear answer about transferring to an ev tariff has been impossible via email. Other than directing me to the app no solution or answer to specific query re changing tariff. Will call customer service and hopefully get an answer and solution

I rang with a refund request and spoke to a very polite and friendly man called Mark. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me quickly and efficiently sorting out my refund and also updating my account and making sure I was happy with the service I am getting, which I am. Today I spoke with Sanjeet and have one of the best customer service experiences - EVER. Sanjeet was polite, listened to my problem and will endeavour to sort it to the best of his ability. It was quite a complex problem and I have every confidence that he will come back to me with the best solution. Thoroughly recommend.

The guy I spoke to for advice on linking my in house display up was amazing and couldn't have done more to help,a refreshing change from dealing with British Gas. He was polite ,attentive and extremely helpful.

Very happy with recent response from Octopus. I rang to query a new tariff on my latest bill, and Toni was able to clear this up. Toni answered my call very quickly,and rapidly answered my query in a pleasant and efficient manner.

Over my request to the assistance of Smart Meter setup for my gas meter in the past month. Daniel had been following up on our case proactively and throughly. Not only he would answer my questions and provide assistance, he would also get back to us as soon as he had the solutions/suggestions to proceed on the issue. They were quick to answer the call, polite on the phone and offered up solutions to the issue I was having. Produced several available slots for replacing my Gas and Electric meter setup with a smart meter. Overall very happy.
