I itemised all of the issues I was having and bulleted all of the steps I'd tried to resolve an issue I was having, writing an extremely detailed email to you. The response I got was a list of 5 things I could try to remedy my issue - all of which I had already said that I had tried. It's obviously some template response where someone couldn't be bothered to actually read what I'd written and deal with my issues. What was the point in wasting my time to write such a detailed email to you? It's pathetic customer service.

Joy has been very helpful over the last couple of months. In general, whenever I have reached out, octopus is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a company!

I called to Octopus to clarify the first bill received for my new home this morning. Lucy had been very professional and explained very clearly to me, also had promised to further follow up on my account to ensure everything will be sorted correctly. Much appreciated her response and assistance throughout the call.

Hi, Called the Octopus call centre and was answered in a very reasonable time. Joe was able to answer my question efficiently on when any new tariffs would come into effect and manage my account accordingly. Thanks Joe.

I contacted Octopus Energy today to enquire about changing tariffs, I now have an electric car and home charger. Sim was brilliant, he listened as I explained my set up at home and advised on the cheapest tariff. If I hadn't spoken to Sim I would have changed to a more expensive one. Thanks Sim.
