I could hear agents in the background whilst on the call. This isn't a big problem. But given you guys more space to work in. More space between advisors would mean a clearer conversation.
This is more with the space provided. The second agent I do believe had more space between other workers and I could only hear him speaking.
Not an issue as an agent. Normally a call centre location. And I'm seriously nit picking here.
You were excellent mate and clearly did give me the faith I needed to call back after some thinking. As the customer service was excellent.
