As well as doing that he advised me to send photo of my meters to the email address, so hopefully that will go to someone who can solve that problem quickly and efficiently as Joseph.”

To my amazement I got straight through to Sam , she was fantastic as I had a fair bit to do to our account and she also set up an appointment to get a fresh smart meter installed , Sam went way beyond my expectations and nothing was a problem ( thanks Sam ) I wish some of the bigger companies could have customer friendly call centres like Octopus , 10 out of 10”
