“Struggled with removing the protective cover, firstly it wasn’t obvious to lift the sticky tag and then when lifted it didn’t lift the protective cover, needed my daughters nails. Once applied it has was ok, a few air bubbles, however I have since dropped my phone and there are a number of cracks showing but can’t be sure if it is the shield or screen that is cracked, can you confirm if the shield can crack.”

Hi Brian, Thank you for your review. Sorry for the trouble with removing the protective cover and the air bubbles. Ocushield should apply more smoothly; air pockets can sometimes occur if the surface isn’t clean or if there’s dust. Regarding the cracks after the drop, the shield can crack, but it’s designed to protect the screen. We can help determine whether the issue is the shield or the screen. “I was amazed at the ease with which I could speak to an actual human being at Ocushield! I wanted to ensure that the Screen Protector I was about to order was the correct one for my monitor.
