“I had been getting visual auras quite frequently even though I have filters on my glasses. I tried the screen covers for my ipad and iphone and almost immediately the auras stopped. I still limit the amount of time I spend looking at a screen but I am so grateful for the the products. They have definitely made a huge difference to me. Anyone who thinks their visual auras are triggered by screen light should give it a try.”

“Unfortunately, my experience with the ordering process wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. Just over a week after placing my order, I was contacted to clarify whether my prescription was for near or distance vision, which I felt could have been checked earlier in the process. After two weeks, I still hadn't received the glasses, so I contacted Ocushield to ask for an update. It was only then that I was told the glasses had failed quality control and that this was the reason for the delay. I wasn't contacted beforehand to let me know there had been an issue, which was disappointing. That said, once I contacted them, the glasses were dispatched within two days, so I do appreciate how quickly they dealt with it after I got in touch. Overall, the communication could definitely have been better, particularly regarding the quality control issue. However, the glasses themselves are great and I'm really happy with them. Hopefully the ordering process can be improved going forward.”

“I had difficulty with my Ocushield. I had only the shield material, nothing to attach it with. I contacted support. They helped me through a series of details; I found that there was a very small envelope in the bottom of the of the original package, and that had the attachment supplies. It still didn't fit right. Over a series of emails back and forth, we learned that I had the wrong shield for my computer. They are sending me the correct chield at no extra cost to me. The support person was friendly and helpful, giving me hints and tips about what I needed to look for on my computer, how the shield was supposed to fit, and understanding when I told him the difficulties I was having. He was very helpful. I can tell from the shield I have that it works very well and provides a really good shield against the blue light. I look forward to the new shipment. I highly recommend this company. Although I do wonder why, in a question below, your top 2 ratings for reply time go from 6-12 hours to over 1 week. That's a manipulative question, something I don't trust. My response time was about 2 days, which is in line with what I was told to expect.”

“I ordered two pairs of blue light blocking glasses one with clear glass for my son and one with a tinted glass. The glass fit beautifully, nice light frames and for me they are also helping a little with my sleep as I wear mine before bed if I'm watching a movie or looking at anything on my phone”
