“The customer service at Ocushield has been truly amazing with instant replies to my questions and helped in a big way when I didn’t follow the instructions properly!!! I haven’t been able to install my blue light blocking shields yet as I have broken my elbow and it’s a 2 hand job but I will leave a further review when I am fixed!!!”

“I have not used my computer shield yet because I ordered the wrong size. Customer service was very helpful and quick response. I recommend reaching out to them when choosing your monitor size. They are very helpful. My phone shield has decreased eye strain at night. Looking forward to using it on my computer as well as I work from home on a computer all day”

“Struggled with removing the protective cover, firstly it wasn’t obvious to lift the sticky tag and then when lifted it didn’t lift the protective cover, needed my daughters nails. Once applied it has was ok, a few air bubbles, however I have since dropped my phone and there are a number of cracks showing but can’t be sure if it is the shield or screen that is cracked, can you confirm if the shield can crack.”

Hi Brian, Thank you for your review. Sorry for the trouble with removing the protective cover and the air bubbles. Ocushield should apply more smoothly; air pockets can sometimes occur if the surface isn’t clean or if there’s dust. Regarding the cracks after the drop, the shield can crack, but it’s designed to protect the screen. We can help determine whether the issue is the shield or the screen.
