“Worst experience I ever had. NEVER AGAIN I tried on 2 occasions and they are not responsible. The only thing they care is the money. I had easy case and the lawyer never asked for any proof or documents on my side. They did not care for my problem. I have to call the lawyer 3 times during the period and they have to search my case and name for a while to figure out. I ended up paying more than the ticket originally or from the first offer I got from judge. Please stay away from Off The Record…”
