“I was skeptical at first especially when I saw the $245.00 fee for representation. Back in Texas the fee was around 60.00, and me living in NV, but being cited in CA made me worry even more, because I didnt even get cited in the same state of my residence, so how was I going to travel back to CA just to show up for my hearing, and could I really trust this website to go through with their advertistements? Now I am happy with my decision of paying the fee and having a lawyer fight my case. I got cited on 3-7-22, reached out to the company on 3/29/22, and paid the $245.00 fee on 4-2-22, on 7-18-22 my case was dismissed. They communicated with me through the entire process from asking for documents every so often, to informing me of a change in court date, so that I didnt have to appear. Then probably the best news of all the communications between Off The Record and I, was knowing that my citation was dismissed. After that, they only sent 3 emails asking for a review, so I didnt feel forced to leave this review. I'd say if you can pay the fee its well worth it, only suggestion is if they would lower the fee, or have discounts, since I am sure that plenty of people are cited in the Truckee area of CA.”
