“The service was excellent. I live in Palm Beach, Fl. and due to Covid 19 I decided to travel via car from Florida to New York. I was caught in a speed trap in upstate NY and did get a ticket for 65 in a 55. I felt the ticket was unfair so I decided to call a local attorney.Found this service "off the Record" All I can say is WOW. The response was quick, using the online service was very friendly and easy to use, I am not that good with online services, this was excellent. With in a week after providing all my paperwork, the service came back and said my ticket was dismissed. It was a godsend, plus the people/attorney Thomas Mafrici Law were excellent and very professional. I will use them going forward and I totally would recommend you call them for their services. Great experience and worth the expense.”

“I'm glad I was able to get a lawyer like Aaron Bailey Esq. So efficient and reliable. I didnt have to do much as he took care of everything. Was hoping the judge would be more lenient but I can deal. I was nervous at first to try this out but I read other people's reviews and took the risk. I'm glad I did. “Originally I was excited to use this application as I had tried to find a lawyer for my speeding ticket on my own without success. When I began explaining my situation to the lawyer the app put me in contact with I said that the reason I was fighting this ticket was so my insurance would not go up over the next six years and that a reduction in the fine would basically do nothing for me. I lost the case even though the lawyer said I had a great chance, the fine was reduced, but I choose to appeal. Apparently the money back guarantee takes out any reduction in the fine even if you appeal and pay the full amount. This is probably how they get most of their money as most tickets are reduced if not overturned. Buyer beware!”

“Used this app because I was stopped going 70mph in a 45mph zone, that would have given me 6 points on my license. “Wasn't able to get my ticket removed completely but they were able to downgrade it to a non-moving infraction which is good. Saves me money in the long run but considering I still had to pay the full ticket price AND the fee for Off The Record, not fully satisfied.”

“I've been through many clinics that help you clear your citation , but OTR, these people are on another level They got my citation through all the process that was needed and the last thing was for me to go to court to have a trail But guess what, I totally missed the court date and didn't show up nor did the arresting officer , nor my attorney My citation was dismissed anyways because another attorney on behalf of my attorney made a special appearance by phone video to represent me Got dam these people are professional I tell you Thank you very much OTR You know who I am and sorry for the long review”
