“I unfortunately received a ticket while traveling through New York (I live in Missouri), and I wouldn't be able to return to state to deal with the ticket. When I tried to just Google a New York lawyer I contacted the office and they asked a fee of $450 - which, for just a speeding ticket that wasn't even excessive, is not only out of my means but a little crazy considering I would be paying whatever penalty in addition to. When I searched other solutions, I came across Off The Record who ended up matching me with a law office that not only was much more within my means and financial abilities, they were extremely easy to deal with, prompt, and dealt with my ticket. Couldn't ask for more! (Also, the first law office continued to contact me after I told them I was not going to use them telling me why it was important to hire a lawyer to deal with traffic tickets, as if I wasn't aware. Very rude.)”

“I absolutely love off the record. I was in a situation where I did not feel like I was at fault and for some reason I landed on this website and Matt my attorney Clayton Kimbrel. He listen to what I had to say and he knew how strongly I felt about this ticket he assured me before going into court that he was going to do his best to help me sure enough he did when I have conversations with people I always tell him about this website and I tell him it’s no joke check it out not only did I save money but I got the ticket basically dropped . When I would message Clayton I’ll give him 10 minutes before he messaged me back always had and formative answers I was upfront about everything the best advice I could ever give anybody goes to off the record if you want to save time money and legal fees If you know you’re innocent and feel that you didn’t deserve whatever citation you may have received these other people to help you out they are the voice that is listen to in the court best choice I ever made”
