“This was such an easy process. I didn't have to miss work to go to court. The lawyer went on my behalf and then just emailed after to let me know that the ticket had been completely dismissed. Well worth the expense. I barely paid more than the price of the speeding ticket but I know I saved hundreds of dollars on insurance because that would have gone up a tone. I will definitely do this if I ever receive another infraction and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.”

“While they took care of my ticket, I had to bug them about updates. My attorney didn’t educate me on anything that was going on over the course of the 6 months my ticket was being “handled”, and I constantly had to follow up (which he seemed kind of bothered by), which gave me more anxiety than if I were taking care of it myself. I didn’t receive any paperwork from the court from my record saying it was “dismissed”, so for all I know, he just told me it was. Might have been more hassle than it was worth and next time I’d probably just take care of it on my own so I could be “in the know”.”

“Shout out to Off The Record. My initial concern is that I would get the same non-responsive experience I've had with a high-priced attorney I hired in the past. Not the case!
