“I was on my way to help a friend stranded on the highway, driving in an unfamiliar place on a wide road, and somehow missed that I was in a school zone and was going 32. I got a ticket and then realized that I’d been charged with a misdemeanor. Matthew Brinkley, the attorney OTR assigned got it reduced to an infraction with a fine even after the prosecutor said it wasn’t possible. I still don’t know if there is a chance it will affect my insurance, but I’m so grateful not to have a misdemeanor for trying to help someone in need”

“Off The Record is the best thing you can do when you get a ticket. I got a speeding ticket and they got it dismissed for me. I didn’t have to do anything my attorney handled everything. It took about four weeks and I got a email telling me the ticket was dismissed and off my record. The ticket was about $150, Off The Record cost around $250. Payable in two payments. They work with you and will spilt your payments up. The extra $100 was nothing compared to my insurance going up. I definitely recommend using them whenever you get a ticket even if you were caught red handed ( I was ) haha”

“I had a wonderful experience. I was driving faster than the speed limit when I received a speeding ticket in NY. I was so afraid that this would become part of my record. I reached out to OffTheRecord and they connected me with someone who knew the entire process and kinda had an insight into that specific office. They were able to reduce my ticket from a speeding to a parking ticket and I am so happy!! It is worth every penny. Keep your records clean and clear, and don't let minor delinquency like driving 68 in a 65 affect your future applications. And me being a person of color, there are documented evidence and research that POCs are more likely to be stopped by traffic enforcement than those with a palled complexion, everyone especially POCs must keep their record clean. I cannot recommend OffTheRecord highly enough.”
