“It was ok even though you guys felt like I won. I personally still feel like I lost. I had to accept a plea for something I did not do in order to keep my driver's license. That's the legal system for you that supports racist cops who hide behind a badge and gives them the power to do what ever they want to do and people of color like myself got to take a plea so yea I lost. Thank you for giving me the only option I had to begin with was to take a plea and pay for something I did not do.”

“I was on my way to help a friend stranded on the highway, driving in an unfamiliar place on a wide road, and somehow missed that I was in a school zone and was going 32. I got a ticket and then realized that I’d been charged with a misdemeanor. Matthew Brinkley, the attorney OTR assigned got it reduced to an infraction with a fine even after the prosecutor said it wasn’t possible. I still don’t know if there is a chance it will affect my insurance, but I’m so grateful not to have a misdemeanor for trying to help someone in need”

“Off The Record is the best thing you can do when you get a ticket. I got a speeding ticket and they got it dismissed for me. I didn’t have to do anything my attorney handled everything. It took about four weeks and I got a email telling me the ticket was dismissed and off my record. The ticket was about $150, Off The Record cost around $250. Payable in two payments. They work with you and will spilt your payments up. The extra $100 was nothing compared to my insurance going up. I definitely recommend using them whenever you get a ticket even if you were caught red handed ( I was ) haha”
