“The "Collection of Obscure Recordings" vinyl box set arrived in nice condition. Very pleased. Years ago I use to add on sale vinyl items from the Outlet section along with regular priced albums. The on sale albums were advertised to be in new still sealed condition. Most of them were actually lousy used albums in poor condition that were re-wrapped to look 'new.' I got tired of being screwed by such deceiving practices. I see they don't have their Outlet section anymore. Just as well. I'm sure other customers were also decieved like i was.”

“I placed and order with Oldies.com and waited for it to arrive, after an extended amount of time, which was past a reasonable amount of time for the order to order to get me, I went to the Oldies.com webiste to check status of the order and without any notification via email or otherwise prior to this, I entered the order number and it said the order was cancelled without any explanation. I then emailed to find out why the order was cancelled and without any apologies or really any care, the email I received in response said it was cancelled, because Oldies.com forgot to collect tax at the time the credit card was processed. It would have been acceptable to make a second charge for the tax and notify me of what had happened. I then placed another order for the same items, which did arrive in an an acceptable amount of time. Then the ordiginal order I placed arrived at my home days after the replacement order, which now needs to be returned. In the past year, I have spent over $1000 in physical media from various vendors and this was not a good expierence.”
