Hi David, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Your order was received on Saturday, 8/23, when our offices were closed for the weekend, and shipped out promptly on Tuesday, 8/26. USPS delivered it within four business days, ahead of our estimated delivery of 9/8. While the order did arrive faster than promised, we understand how important shipping speed feels, and we’ll continue working to make our process as efficient and cost-effective as possible. We hope, however, that you’ll reconsider your decision to rate us only 2 out of 5 stars, as we did meet—and even exceed—our delivery commitment in this case.

“I have been a customer of OLDIES.com many years. Their customer service, inventory selection and quick shipment of orders keeps getting better and better. While I am not a big fan of signing for receipt of orders, I understand the reasoning behind it. They are just trying to protect us from porch thieves. I am now about to place another order for some great memories to enjoy!”

“I just received the two DVDs In my recent order from Oldies.com. They arrived a short time after I ordered them online, so that is good. I haven't yet watched them so I can't say at this time whether there are any problems to play them, or whether I will like them but of course I hope there will be no problems and that I will enjoy them.”

“I think the reason you kept the item was until my credit card charge cleared. But it wasn't your fault that it took 8 days to be delivered. The USPS in their wisdom instead of shipping the parcel to New Jersey, which is only a little more than an hour away, they sent it to Kansas City Distribution Center. I know it's not your fault, I worked for the Postal Service for over 26 years and instead of getting better it's getting worse.”
