“VERY DISAPPOINTING in the Terry Stafford CD . Number one song Suspicon had good sound. Songs 2 to 12 had very poor sound . Sounded as if it was recorded from very far away. The other two CD's were good.”

“Order arrived in a timely fashion...shipping packaging was good. The one disappointment was one of the four CD's I ordered was not shipped...instead I received a note explaining unshipped/backordered/sold out protocols. I distinctly made note on the online item description that there was "1 available" when I placed my order...what happened? I can't believe someone ordered the same CD the exact second I did. Because of this, I'm not sure I'll be doing business with Oldies.com in the foreseeable future.”

“Many LPs with great prices, quality items, packaged well, shipped slow. $1 LP amazing, $1 add on for that LP stupid, charge $2. Customer service non-existent on one $3 LP that was bent. Worth trying but, I'm annoyed.”

“Acceptable means I am not unhappy with the experience and order over all. Did functional things well: order accurate: products as advertised: etc. Waited about two weeks to get order. What most displeases me about that is I paid for shipping and feel strongly that Oldies uses shipping to gouge and make more money on each custumer and order. This was first time I had to pay shipping on an online order, unable to find a reasonable way to avoid that. One cannot help think one could have gotten more product with that money. I had delayed buying from Oldies for many months because of the shipping costs and it is a factor in if I will order in future. Without this issue I would have given a good.”

“I have been buying dvds from Oldies for several months now and I am almost satisfied. I believe I've placed 5 or 6 orders maybe more. I understand that shipping is economy and can take weeks once item has shipped however it sometimes seems to take weeks just to get the product shipped. I've also tried to call customer service 3 times twice phone just rang nobody answered once was busy signal and twice I have sent emails to customer service and never received a reply. Shorter times from order to shipped and Customer service that responds when contacted would improve overall experience . Thank you.”
