Figurine was broke on arrival. It was a gift so I glued it together instead of returning. It looked to be packaged well so I wonder if it was broke when shipped?

I bit more pricey than I would like.

the product was fine, it was the length of time it took to be sent out and delivered - it should not take a week to be sent to N Carolina. My family was disappointed with the tardiness.

It is a shame that only one of the three selections arrived from the order placed online if one of the recent orders Otherwise I would have said that order full filament from oldies is generally quite good. Selecting from a list that said the items were available then only to receive a single item does not make this customer that satisfied with the online business Surely when selecting from an e-listing of items The stock room which is keeping an up to date itemized account of merchandise should know of selection availability when the order is placed?

Normally I would have rated them a 5 star as I did in the past yet this order was received with broken cd cases. The person who shipped this order just threw the cd's in a small padded envelope without padding them separately to ensure the cases wouldn't be cracked on arrival! Again, like everything these days someone wants to get paid and not caring if they do their job the right way, just get done who cares how it arrives!!!!!

I did not know that Oldies.com was more prisoner affiliated. It should say somewhere when ordering that the inmates information needs to be the shipping address. I ordered and had it shipped to me because usually when doing online purchases the shipping address should be the same as the credit card holder. Now I have to return the merchandise, wait for my account to be credited and then do it all over again. First I was told they could send me a new lable. When I called the second time, I was told it was my mistake therefore they couldn't just send me a new shipping label with the inmates info

A really great business concept, particularly for people like me whom love old movies. The problem appears to me to be related to client service (communication) as well as after order distribution (shipping). An unnamed competitor beats you hands down...which is too bad in my opinion. I would love to continue to do business but shipping and communication must improve!

Shipment took a long time to arrive. Using USPS is not a good option for your customers.

I was charged twice for one purchase and was never contacted by anyone after leaving an email request for follow up. I have tried calling Oldies.com several times only to have wait 30 minutes or longer which at that point, I just give up. You guys need to have a more prompt or better way to communicate with your customers. I love your website and products but it makes me not want to order anything if I can't speak to anyone when there was an error.

Great selection of product. However, it took 3 months +, after 3 phone calls and a couple emails, to finally get replacement jewel cases after several cd s arrived with broken cases. But, I'm glad they offer these oldies, because they are getting hard to find.

I was impressed with the selection of vinyl records Oldies.com had available and ordered a somewhat hard to find DMB 4-record set for my wife's birthday. I understood that it might not arrive in time for her actual birthday since the site has a disclaimer that due to Covid, some orders might be delayed. I totally understand that, since Covid has affected my business, too. However, the customer service response in trying to get an ETA on the order was sub-par, and in times where orders are delayed for whatever reason, communication to the end user is key! My first two emails politely asked for an update on my order after five days and then 7 days. When I didn't get a response, I called them and finally got a customer service representative that was very short with me and seemed quite irritated to receive my call. I politely asked the status and was told it was "being invoiced." Since I'd already paid for my order, I asked what it was being invoiced for. I was told for shipping and then silence. Wasn't asked if there was anything else, wasn't told I'd receive tracking in the next day or two...nothing, just waiting on me to hang up, I guess. I got an email that the shipping label had been created, but not scanned. After two more days of this status, I emailed a third time, explaining that I had paid for expedited shipping, but that wouldn't help me if the package was never actually taken to the post office. That got a very short response that they had sent the package to the USPS via UPS and the package shipped from their location the day the label was created. The album arrived with some scuffing on the ends of the sleeves, which tells me it had to have been opened and used at some point. I didn't ask, don't care, mostly because all four albums play well and I just really don't want to deal with their customer service again. Such a shame since they really do seem to have a good vinyl selections, but service makes all the difference and the poor communication I received will most likely keep me from ordering off their site again.

Prices are very good. However, one order did not include an invoice, and ,while the second order did include an invoice, it didn't explain why some CDs were missing. I still don't know if the three CDs I didn't get are backordered or have been cancelled.
