“Problems with order. I wish you would have asked this of me later to see how they correct these problems. If they correct all of them, I would raise it to four stars. I do plan to order from them again. These problems were not that serious; just irritating. Received a wrong DVD and was charged for in place of one I did not receive. Did not have to return charged for one and they will send the one I ordered at no additional charge. Charged for one I did not receive: they will send it. Received one not charged for and not ordered; did not have to send it back. One out of stock; wasn't charged for it and it will be shipped and charged for then. One would not play; did not have to send it back; they will send a new one.”

“I ordered two of the same item and OLDIES was only able to fulfill one of the two items and I wasn’t sent an email or anything about my order being partially filled or if the second item was being shipped separately, if I’ll get a refund, etc. In the future it would be nice to know these things before the item is received. It even says on the website “ In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will contact you either by email or telephone.” That obviously didn’t happen.”

“Oldies did a decent job of getting my package to me on time, but I spent almost $100 on it and the front cover, as well as most of the LP sleeves were dented. Luckily enough, there is no problem with any of the vinyls, but given that this is a collectors item, I would think they would prioritize using quality vinyl shipping packaging. The packaging looked promising, but there were just small sheets of cardboard included instead of full sheets like the music mailers I am used to. Perhaps I'll buy again because they have a good selection and are speedy, as well as offering Pay in 4, which is good when my paycheck hasn't dropped yet. Be careful buying collectors items however.”

“I live in Alaska - so I I guess I understand having to pay more for shipping. But if I am paying an up charge for my shipping of products, I dont think it should take as long as it did IMO. I will probably still use oldies.com - but only when I am in the Lower 48. #AKproblems”

“My DVD took far too long to arrive at my mailbox, having gone through a couple of U.S. cities and states (Ohio to New Jersey), and through several local municipalities to get to my home (Los Angeles to Santa Clarita to Bakersfield to Tehachapi). There has got to be a more efficient way to deliver a simple, single DVD across the nation than this - for a shipping cost of $4.98. Amazon is able to do it. Why not other companies?”
