“On my last order you did not send one 4-CD's offer [Frank Sinatra] but the fact is that you did not state if the item was out of stock or whatever reason. You simply did not charge it--which is a correct procedure and simply you will not put it on backorder. but you did not send a note stating that the item was not sent due to whatever reason. Courtesy costs nothing. That I besides the high charges for shipping, hen other CD/DVD suppliers charge lot less for shipping USPS. $25.00 is a lot of money for shipping for a USA possession overseas. Try other more economic shipping media using the USPS. Money is hard to get nowadays especially for old people. Try a little tenderness. It could raise/improve your sales.”

“Music is good but no lyric on screen. Typically Karaoke must have lyric to sing with on the screen. You really have to know the song to sing along. For people want to learn how to sing is not help at all. It’s my mistake without checking further of the description before I buy.”

“Although I was excited to receive the CDs, I was a little disappointed in the fact that these look like they are homemade with the old-fashioned sticky labels. Any CD with these "stick-on" labels will eventually stop playing because of the glue underneath. I have ripped the tracks right away and put the disc away for safekeeping but, I can only hope they don't get ruined by those labels. Thanks for the music.”

“Found great albums I've been looking for however I'm assuming during shipping the corners to two sides were dented. The box they were shipped in had dents in the corners and there wasn't much in the means of protection for these albums. I'm rating this a 3 bc I may have to exchange if warped.”

“some info was wrong and misleading..order placed on june 02 and info said earliest delivery expected date was june 03, for example. I have deleted the notifications but order placed on jun 02 and was not shipped until the 10th, I believe. Seems a bit long to process the order unless you have so much work to process, this time frame is quite normal. I got the order today, june 12th. Post office got the order on the 10th...2 days for them to deliver but 8 days for you to fill it.”
