I purchased some CD's & when I saw the billing statement it look like I'd been charged multiple times. I see 2 different charges on my account. Not to0 pleased with that with no explanation especially since it's my first time using you'll & I had planned on purchasing again.

Hello! You're charged at the time of shipment for shipped items. You had two shipments on your order -- hence two charges. (If you add those two together, you'll note they do indeed add up to your order total!) If you have any questions, please reach out to us at 1-800-336-4627.

Your order did not qualify for free shipping as it did not meet the requirements for this promotion. Your order included a gift/collectible item. Orders containing such do not qualify as per the promotion details.

The 20 entries range from appropriately titled (Mad Dog) to mostly names that bear an unknown relationship to the sounds heard. In my opinion, a much better approach would be 60 minutes of creaking doors, creaking floors, barking dogs in the distance, occasional screams, etc. done in a random fashion, but ensuring continuing creepy noise(s).

My item was delivered in nine days, one day late. I am a retired Postal employee and remembers when the service took pride in being on time. Companies should complain. they no longer respond to the public. i can get items from Amazon in two days.

TO BUYERS THAT WANT FACTORY SEALED CDS, BEWARE OF RESEALED "BRAND NEW" CDS FROM OLDIES.COM! I ordered a supposedly "Brand New" CD from 2005, and it arrived resealed (I could tell it was resealed because the seal wasn't tight all the way around, it was loose at the bottom). The case had clearly been replaced, and the disc tray had all the teeth snapped off and missing. I had to replace that, but it wasn't a big deal. The disc was mint and so were the inserts, so overall I'm still happy. The disc had no problems ripping all the way through. My only serious complaint is that it took Oldies well over a week to process my order. I ordered on August 31, and they didn't ship until September 9th. I feel that the only reason why they shipped that day is because I finally pinged their Customer Service email the afternoon prior. That really irritated me, as First Class came as part of the order and I expected it to be shipped and delivered in 3 days during the same week I ordered it (which it was not). I never received a response from their CS email, just a notification the next day that it shipped. Okay experience overall, but it could have been a lot better.

Vinyl was advertised as "new, unplayed condition". one of the albums arrived with no shrinkwrap and obvious damage to the cover. one of the 45rpm singles had the label torn and obvious water damage.

My credit card was charged when I placed the order but it took over a week for them to mail the item, without any available updates on the status. I called to find out the status but the service rep was unable to give me any info. Once it was mailed, it was delivered promptly.
