“One item came with a cracked jewel box and one ordered item was not shipped with no definite determination of whether it will come later or not. Acceptable only for shipping speed and overall condition of the rest of the order. Multiple jewel box replacements are $2.50 plus 8% sales tax. Missing items have happened previously, so this is not new. The customer should be told if the item was backordered or not.”

“My experience was okay. I did not receive the confirmatory email promised when I ordered. After five days (a Friday afternoon), I went online to check the order status and it showed "in process." I then called to check on the order and was told by the fellow on the phone (who was polite) that the order "went out today." I received an email the following Monday the shipment was underway - received the CD on the next Friday.”

“Product was received in good condition. My only issue was that it took nine days to ship without explanation. That may be their norm, or they needed that much time to get the product together, but there was no mention of that when I placed the order. Iw ould use them again, but will not expect speedy fulfillment.”

“Selection and prices are good. The Shipping process is extremely disappointing. The system continues to try to ship my purchases to old or incorrect addresses, no matter how much I try to correct those addresses. Most recently the system tried to use a combination of old addresses. Suggest you review the shipping parts of your program and your shipping department (I even called once and the package still got shipped to the wrong place), allowing for corrections, easy deletion of old addresses, etc.”

“I could not give this purchase the full five stars because the book that I ordered was not in pristine condition -- the last several pages were severly dog-eared. I paid a rather hefty s&h fee and you would think that the book would have arrived in better shape because of that fee. Disappointed, but I guess I'll just have to live with it.”

“Oldies has some great older music on CD at very affordable prices, and they ship quickly. But their inventory management is a mess--every order arrives with something missing which is listed as available on their web site. I once called and spoke with one of their customer service agents who basically said they had no visibility into what was actually in stock in the warehouse, though the web site said there were 5 copies of the item I did not receive.”

“Order was placed via web, and yet for at least a WEEK, there was no update when site checked other than PROCESSING. I was notified on 26th that order had shipped and received the order on the 28th. Let's face it, USPS mail is not moving that fast these days.”
