The only complaint I have is that the records should have cushioning in between them in the box. Cardboard or bubblewrap

Oldies has some great older music on CD at very affordable prices, and they ship quickly. But their inventory management is a mess--every order arrives with something missing which is listed as available on their web site. I once called and spoke with one of their customer service agents who basically said they had no visibility into what was actually in stock in the warehouse, though the web site said there were 5 copies of the item I did not receive.

Was doing great till last order . one CD not sent and sub was a jazz CD that I'm not even a little fan of

Order was placed via web, and yet for at least a WEEK, there was no update when site checked other than PROCESSING. I was notified on 26th that order had shipped and received the order on the 28th. Let's face it, USPS mail is not moving that fast these days.

Some albums seem to be using voices other than the "real" singer. For example, the Tommy Edwards CD is either performed by a "substitute" or would be amateur. Vry disappointing, but recently we've heard lots of other obvious "substitute" imitators, especially in the "oldies" and the C&W song worlds. We played some of the songs from the CD we purchased vice with original albums, and Tommy Edwards CD is either an absolute fake or something destroyed original voice in the "update"CD, guess it's just all in the game, and tears fall. No more "new oldies from us.

Videos are great. Shipping is the pits. FedEx is the worst. I don't know why any company would use such a bad company. I can not believe I am saying this but the post office is a far better choice. Fed Ex losses packages in their own warehouses. Sometimes my Fed Ex package will sit in their Concord or their Kernersville up to a week before someone brings it to our house. FED EX is sooo bad I will often order from Amazon rather than OLDIES. They NEVER use FEDEX in my area they know better.

Good website & efficient system, but seldom answers emails (even to 'Customer Support' !) about problems that arise, like missing items, credits etc.

Only ordered from here because they had a record I had been looking for for a long time. I decided to buy a couple of other records too but when my order arrived the rare record that originally made me place the order was missing. I wasn't informed that it was on backorder at checkout or that it would be shipped separately. I even distinctly remember refreshing the records page after I placed the order to confirm that I got the only available copy (the page went from 1 copy to out of stock after I completed my order). It was probably listed incorrectly. Pretty frustrating but I should be receiving a check in the mail for a refund soon (was told 10-14 days), just wish I had stuck to Discogs instead. Much easier, smoother experience. Customer service was helpful at least.

I ordered, on behalf of my sister who does not order online, a CD from Oldies.com. It was a Christmas gift for her husband and yes, she was asking me to order this item on very short notice. I carefully checked the website WHEN I ORDERED to see if there was a mention of it not being received by Christmas. There was no such statement. It read that it would ship in 2-4 days. That was 12/21. I received an emailed acknowledgment of my order, stating that orders ship in 4 days (NOT 2-4 days). Also in that first email was a "PS". It told me that the item will not be received before Christmas. THAT INFO SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE WEBSITE. I had an exchange of emails with Oldies.com. Their emails were "regretful" but defensive. My last complaining email was not answered. I received the package in my mailbox on Monday, 12/27.

It came two days later than it said it was supposed to, but it’s okay and it still came pretty fast. Great mug, but some of the paint on the mug was a little chipped

I thought I was ordering a vinyl record, but I got a CD that I could have bought at a local store. Not their fault, it's mine. I should have read the fine print closer. The order was delivered quickly and arrived undamaged. However, I am going to have to pay postage to return it and get my money back.
