Took a long time to get and half the cds won’t play on my player

I was charged twice for one purchase and was never contacted by anyone after leaving an email request for follow up. I have tried calling Oldies.com several times only to have wait 30 minutes or longer which at that point, I just give up. You guys need to have a more prompt or better way to communicate with your customers. I love your website and products but it makes me not want to order anything if I can't speak to anyone when there was an error.

Very cool set, great deal. Kinda wish it didn't arrive with a box cutter slash thru the front. But the discs were fine

Great selection of product. However, it took 3 months +, after 3 phone calls and a couple emails, to finally get replacement jewel cases after several cd s arrived with broken cases. But, I'm glad they offer these oldies, because they are getting hard to find.

I was impressed with the selection of vinyl records Oldies.com had available and ordered a somewhat hard to find DMB 4-record set for my wife's birthday. I understood that it might not arrive in time for her actual birthday since the site has a disclaimer that due to Covid, some orders might be delayed. I totally understand that, since Covid has affected my business, too. However, the customer service response in trying to get an ETA on the order was sub-par, and in times where orders are delayed for whatever reason, communication to the end user is key! My first two emails politely asked for an update on my order after five days and then 7 days. When I didn't get a response, I called them and finally got a customer service representative that was very short with me and seemed quite irritated to receive my call. I politely asked the status and was told it was "being invoiced." Since I'd already paid for my order, I asked what it was being invoiced for. I was told for shipping and then silence. Wasn't asked if there was anything else, wasn't told I'd receive tracking in the next day or two...nothing, just waiting on me to hang up, I guess. I got an email that the shipping label had been created, but not scanned. After two more days of this status, I emailed a third time, explaining that I had paid for expedited shipping, but that wouldn't help me if the package was never actually taken to the post office. That got a very short response that they had sent the package to the USPS via UPS and the package shipped from their location the day the label was created. The album arrived with some scuffing on the ends of the sleeves, which tells me it had to have been opened and used at some point. I didn't ask, don't care, mostly because all four albums play well and I just really don't want to deal with their customer service again. Such a shame since they really do seem to have a good vinyl selections, but service makes all the difference and the poor communication I received will most likely keep me from ordering off their site again.

The jewel cases had cracks in them though they were packed well.

Prices are very good. However, one order did not include an invoice, and ,while the second order did include an invoice, it didn't explain why some CDs were missing. I still don't know if the three CDs I didn't get are backordered or have been cancelled.

I was disappointed that it took 10 days to get my order in stead of the 5 days that was promised! They should have e mailed that it was going to be delayed! My next orders look like they are going faster?

I love your products, but you charged me almost 9 dollars on an eighty dollar order , and then you wait over a week to even ship it! This order should have left your dock 2-3 days at the most . I'll consider this next time I purchase.

The movies arrived and sounded like the discs had slipped out. These are a gift so I cannot check them. Hope they aren’t damaged.

One of my lp’s that was shipped to me had very bad water and dirt damage on the cover. The record plays, but the cover is trashed.

Order NO #1108280 I will NEVER AGAIN Buy one thing from them! Their Customer Service is Horrific and their website is horrible I place an order on December 17th .. The said Id have my order by 12/24 (mail was crazy) HOWEVER NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY EVEN TOUCHED MY ORDER UNTIL I CALLED AND COMPLAINED ON JANUARY 4TH!!! HELLOOOOOO ORDER PLACED 12/17/20 NOT TOUCHED UNTIL 1/4/21 NO EXPLANATIONS NO EMAILS NOTHING!! AND I PAID FOR PRIORITY !!! THEY FINALLY SHIPPED ON 1/5 AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SHIP 1 ALBUM BY MAIL TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS TO GET THAT ONE. THERE IS NO WAY TO TRACK WHAT CAME AS THEY CLAIM THAT THE REST OF MY ORDER ISNT FILLABLE.. WELL IT WAS A FLIPPIN MONTH AGO WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. HAD THEY FILLED IT WHEN I PLACED IT I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL MY RECORDS. I HAVE YET TO BE REIMBURSED FOR MY "PRIORITY" FEE OR ANY OF THE LPS THAT DID NOT SHOW UP - I HAVE SEEN NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE LPS THAT DID NOT GET SHIPPED THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS ERROR OR TRY TO MAINTAIN ME AS A CUSTOMER .. MY VERY FIRST ORDER I SPENT 225$ MS. ANN AND MS. BARBARA ARE LOVELY WOMEN AND HAD EMPATHY. MS. BARBARA AT LEAST DID FOLLOW UP WITH ME WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD. BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION OFFERED BEYOND SO SORRY AND YOU ARE RIGHT THIS SHOULDNT BE HAPPENING I ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK 3Xs - NO ONE EVEN HAD THE PROFESSIONAL COURTESY TO CALL ME. AND THE EMAILS THEY SEND HAVE A TONE LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. I AM FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THEM WITH BBB AND PLAN ON POSITNG THIS ON EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYY THING SO NOOOOO ONE EVERY HAS TO GO THRU THIS RIDICULOUS BS.. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 40 YEARS.

First time dealing with your company. Am sadly disappointed. Ordered 4cds. Received 2 cds. Never notified that you were out of stock or that there would be a problem. Tried calling customer service. Was on hold for over an hour and a half. Gave up. Guess I wasn't the only one with a problem trying to get through. Any thoughts on how to speak to a live person without spending the afternoon on the phone? I was planning to buy more items, but who knows if they're in stock or if I'll even receive them. Sorry, but I really feel let down.

Jaime, We are sorry that you were on-hold for so long. Our Call Center has been VERY busy, and due to COVID protocols we cannot have as many reps working at the same time as we did pre-COVID. I’m still missing 2 vinyls from my delivery, got the rest that weren’t on sale but the 2 that we’re only under $3 aren’t here.
