I was disappointed that it took 10 days to get my order in stead of the 5 days that was promised! They should have e mailed that it was going to be delayed! My next orders look like they are going faster?

I love your products, but you charged me almost 9 dollars on an eighty dollar order , and then you wait over a week to even ship it! This order should have left your dock 2-3 days at the most . I'll consider this next time I purchase.

The movies arrived and sounded like the discs had slipped out. These are a gift so I cannot check them. Hope they aren’t damaged.

One of my lp’s that was shipped to me had very bad water and dirt damage on the cover. The record plays, but the cover is trashed.

Order NO #1108280 I will NEVER AGAIN Buy one thing from them! Their Customer Service is Horrific and their website is horrible I place an order on December 17th .. The said Id have my order by 12/24 (mail was crazy) HOWEVER NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY EVEN TOUCHED MY ORDER UNTIL I CALLED AND COMPLAINED ON JANUARY 4TH!!! HELLOOOOOO ORDER PLACED 12/17/20 NOT TOUCHED UNTIL 1/4/21 NO EXPLANATIONS NO EMAILS NOTHING!! AND I PAID FOR PRIORITY !!! THEY FINALLY SHIPPED ON 1/5 AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SHIP 1 ALBUM BY MAIL TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS TO GET THAT ONE. THERE IS NO WAY TO TRACK WHAT CAME AS THEY CLAIM THAT THE REST OF MY ORDER ISNT FILLABLE.. WELL IT WAS A FLIPPIN MONTH AGO WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. HAD THEY FILLED IT WHEN I PLACED IT I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL MY RECORDS. I HAVE YET TO BE REIMBURSED FOR MY "PRIORITY" FEE OR ANY OF THE LPS THAT DID NOT SHOW UP - I HAVE SEEN NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE LPS THAT DID NOT GET SHIPPED THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS ERROR OR TRY TO MAINTAIN ME AS A CUSTOMER .. MY VERY FIRST ORDER I SPENT 225$ MS. ANN AND MS. BARBARA ARE LOVELY WOMEN AND HAD EMPATHY. MS. BARBARA AT LEAST DID FOLLOW UP WITH ME WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD. BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION OFFERED BEYOND SO SORRY AND YOU ARE RIGHT THIS SHOULDNT BE HAPPENING I ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK 3Xs - NO ONE EVEN HAD THE PROFESSIONAL COURTESY TO CALL ME. AND THE EMAILS THEY SEND HAVE A TONE LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. I AM FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THEM WITH BBB AND PLAN ON POSITNG THIS ON EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYY THING SO NOOOOO ONE EVERY HAS TO GO THRU THIS RIDICULOUS BS.. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 40 YEARS.

Good selection and fast service. Would be better if about one out of every 5 DVD didn't freeze up when you play it.

First time dealing with your company. Am sadly disappointed. Ordered 4cds. Received 2 cds. Never notified that you were out of stock or that there would be a problem. Tried calling customer service. Was on hold for over an hour and a half. Gave up. Guess I wasn't the only one with a problem trying to get through. Any thoughts on how to speak to a live person without spending the afternoon on the phone? I was planning to buy more items, but who knows if they're in stock or if I'll even receive them. Sorry, but I really feel let down.

Jaime, We are sorry that you were on-hold for so long. Our Call Center has been VERY busy, and due to COVID protocols we cannot have as many reps working at the same time as we did pre-COVID. In any case, we show that a second shipment is already en route to you with the balance of your order. Thanks again for the order -- we appreciate your business!

I’m still missing 2 vinyls from my delivery, got the rest that weren’t on sale but the 2 that we’re only under $3 aren’t here.

The only drawback to my order was that I ordered 5 items but one was missing. If Oldies is unable to ship an item then they should advise the customer right away or not even have it on their inventory as "available" to begin with.

My order number was #1101874. My customer number is #W085960. The order was placed on 12-10-2020, for 5 items. Items #FUL567D and ALF 9634D both arrived on 12-19-2020. Items #68Y2Q and #GWKE arrived on 12-26-2020. The one item that has not arrived as of 01-03-2021 is #6HDXQ (Dinosaurs Complete 1st and 2nd Seasons DVD). My issue for not giving 5 stars is that the regular shipping and handling was $8.98, but I paid and was charged $11.98 because the last item I never received had an extra $3.00 for Shipping & Handling. If this last item eventually comes then I have no problem, but if it never does then I paid an unnecessary extra $3.00 shipping and handling for an item I never received.

Overall, I got my product on time and was mostly happy with the experience. However, upon calling them, two different times, about the status of my order I had two different employees tell me completely different things. The first telling me that they didn’t have the product I ordered and it would not be able to be sent to me, the other telling me it was already packaged just waiting to be picked up and shipped out. Besides that confusion, I’m happy with my purchase.
