“I love Oldies.com. Great prices and selection. I ordered 10 items and was told throughout the process that I would receive all 10. Today the shipment arrived with only 8 items. The packing slip stated that all 10 were in the shipment. However, my Visa charge was changed to reflect the deleted items. In my judgment, this is poor customer service. I hoipe tha this is arare occurrence.”

“I Like being able to buy Older movies at a discount But I must admit That with the Shipping Charges As an Amazon Prime member it seems to be cheaper to get dated DVD's from Amazon, not to menton that it takes between 6 to 12 days to get a DVD from you when they ship next day or within 2.days at the most. So I NOW only use your service to buy rare DVDs that Amazon”

“I ordered a cd recently they had a problem with my order when I called in to rectify the problem which was you had the wrong credit card no. the person I talked to was very nasty I was forced to hang up and get a different person who then helped me correctly ive been doing business foe many years with this company next time I will look else where to make my purchases”

“Buyer beware: Some of the "WZ" coded LPs--the cutouts, promos, "warehouse remainders," and other assorted leftovers--can be in rough shape. Expect some warpage, too. Packaging is typically subpar, with records jostling around inside the box and incurring preventable damage in transit. "Extra" per LP shipping charge is bogus because packages still ship "economy." I have ordered a few times, but you get what you pay for.”
