I thought 1957 was better than I guess it was. Same songs sung by different singers was also part of the rating.

My last order went to my former address which we have not had for over 18 months. What's even odder is that I HAVE RECEIVED ORDERS FROM OLDEIS.COM AT MY NEW ADDRESS.

They were not able to complete my order so they sent only 1 of 2 CDs with no explanation, and the case was cracked on the one that came. I wrote a few emails and played phone tag for a week before I gave up on returning the one I received. Buyer be ware of the “1 left in stock”

It takes longer to get the dvds I purchased than advertised. When I called to discuss this the woman on the phone was extremely rude. The movies are a great price.

Overcharged postage. (returned later) CD not FORMATTED correctly--would NOT play, except on OLD equipment. There was NO alert for this online, OR on CD itself. I have hundreds of CDs, and have NEVER had this problem before! Called Bose--maker. of my main player-- and they told me about the wrong formatting. Called Oldies supervisor, told him I wanted to keep the CD, but requested a discount. He said he would ask, and that they would let me know. NO reply. That was the SECOND time NO ONE called when promised. I asked for a $8 refund--that's ALL!! You now have a very unhappy customer who will never be re-ordering. How much is your customer service satisfaction WORTH?? A measly $8? You FAILED the test, and lost a customer. Was it worth it?!

Your take to long to get the products out I waited 6 or 7 days to get my last order out in it took 10 days for me to get my last couple of orders

Paid for expedited shipping and it still took 6 days for it to arrive

Thank you for the feedback! According to the original order, we promised delivery between Tuesday, January 7th 2020 to Monday, January 13th 2020. Carrier tracking shows it delivered on Saturday, January 11th. Best regards, CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT OLDIES.com

I love Oldies.com. Great prices and selection. I ordered 10 items and was told throughout the process that I would receive all 10. Today the shipment arrived with only 8 items. The packing slip stated that all 10 were in the shipment. However, my Visa charge was changed to reflect the deleted items. In my judgment, this is poor customer service. I hoipe tha this is arare occurrence.
