ONE CD I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT I WASNT NOTIFIED SO I COULD ORDER IT SOMEWHERE ELSE RECIEVED MY ORDER 12/11/19 THIS WAS A GIFT NOW IT WILL NOT GET HERE TILL AFTER XMAS

Buyer beware: Some of the "WZ" coded LPs--the cutouts, promos, "warehouse remainders," and other assorted leftovers--can be in rough shape. Expect some warpage, too. Packaging is typically subpar, with records jostling around inside the box and incurring preventable damage in transit. "Extra" per LP shipping charge is bogus because packages still ship "economy." I have ordered a few times, but you get what you pay for.

Claimed to have item in stock. When my package arrived, the item was not included. Waiting for credit to hit my account. The customer service rep was extremely rude when I called to inquire.

Didnt get item I ordered. I could have got the box set I received for $56 - $70 elsewhere but I paid oldies $80 because the little house on the prarie box set they were selling was in the house packaging and had digital copies as well as dvds. I didnt get what was advertised. Very disappointed will not be a returning customer. Misleading advertising. I got standard edition

Ordered 4 vhs tapes. Got 3 of them. I wasn’t charged for the 4th but I would have been nice to know that the particular item was unavailable, if that indeed is the case because when I go on the site, the same item that I didn’t receive is still showing in stock.

Customer service sucks, sent the wrong product twice two RMA's, 1st one used my gas to take it to a post office, paid for tape to repackage item to return. Received the 2nd item which ended up being the same item I had just mailed back. Paula - CSR rude & rudely interrupted me repeatedly. Now waiting for the 2nd RMA in the mail to return this one, which I will drop in the mailbox, not doing the extra trouble as nothing was done for me! I can't believe the lack of consideration as you have my money, I received 2 wrong products & bad enough this experience to begin with, but you don't trust your customers & I have to wait for you to get your stuff back before my refund. You have had my money for a while and I have no product!

I emailed previously that there was a disparity between a discounted shipping fee listed on the website and what I was charged! Never rec'd a response! Will not recommend this company to any one else...and will be reluctant to buy from them again...many competitors with similar products.

Magazine had no protective bag and someone thought it was a good idea to TAPE the receipt to the cover of the magazine. Unsat.

cheap price. but songs are mostly NOT originals. Original artists, doing the singing, but musicians in background are NOT the hitmakers.

When I order enough to get free shipping, it doesn't mean my order is delivered to my mailbox or door. It is delivered to my local post office and I have to go pick it up there. I imagine that's what will happen if I pay for shipping as well.

You rip people off with your shipping charges . Don't you understand when you do that , they don't do business with you again .In the future I will do business with Ebay where they charge only $3 instead of $10 that you charged me for shipping the same item .

Broken CD case, perhaps through delivery. CD was scratched, lost songs, and skipping or long pauses on CD.

1st disc of 3 of the Everly Bros...I listened to and the second song Take a msg to Mary and I couldn't hear the words only the music.Hoping that is the only error but one of the discs has a blur right on the front of it..Sad cause I thought what a great deal for all that music..

I was really looking forward to this film but unfortunately the disc is defective. It stalls repeatedly so it is impossible to watch. I'll have to order a second copy to see if I have better luck the second time.

Always a Long delays between receiving orders and shipping orders. All items showed in stock when I placed my order. My order totaled 17 CDs and I only received 12 of them. One cancelled -- No Longer available and 4 in Limbo ?? Were these 4 items placed on Backorder ?? I see no indication or advisement of the status of these items !! Are your inventory counts that far off ?? If so, it's time to establish and do a 6 Month or maybe Quarterly Full Inventory counts !! I have been a Loyal Customer for Decades and have purchased Thousand of Dollars in CDs and other items from Oldies.com !! On my previous order/shipment I even received a used CD the had been resealed in plastic and when I removed the wrapping, the case was all scratched up and even cracked and chipped up. Funny -- The chips were not found in the completely unbroken re-sealed plastic wrapping !! I have NEVER EVER purchased USED CD's !! I would certainly Welcome a Response from Oldies.com regarding my review/comments. For their convenience, my phone number is 1-773-625-7151.
