DVDs were shipped in bubble wrap bag. No protection. Box was crushed and beat up. Could not possibly give as a gift. Embarassing to keep even for myself.

My order was delivered short one item however I was charged with it anyway. Will it be shipped later or what? It didn't say. I shouldn't have been charged if it wasn't available.

I placed an order for two items. I received an email that my order had shipped. When it arrived, it was clear that one of the items, a boxed set, wasn't there. There was no communication about it shipping separately or being out of stock. It was missing with zero explanation. And then, two days after my order arrived, I received a refund for the item (which by the way is still listed on their site as "available: usually ships in 1-3 business days"). So if you like partially fulfilled orders, with zero explanation why something is missing, by all means visit oldies.com.

I have a problem here. They have great prices and a great selection, but their shipping method was terrible. The shipped it Fed-Ex and It took five extra days to get my package. Five extra day, that is unexceptionable. I blame Fed-Ex for for the delay but I blame them for using Fed-Ex. If they ship your package Fed-Ex by aware there might be a delay.

I've seen 3 uploads on YouTube of Harmony Lane 1935 (picture quality of them are ALL VERY CLEAR). Your DVD's picture quality is POOR -- UNACCEPTABLE.

It took 19 days from ording to receive my order.This a long time when the item was in stock. in the past I have had a few bad dvds.L. Ford

I bought several CD's from Oldies. I was very displeased with the fact that I received several "cut-outs" with nary an indication that this was the case. Cut-outs have a damaged case and/or liner notes that devalues the CD. I will request a return or exchange. I wish this facet of the procedure were clearer to the customer.

I ordered six magazines. When my order arrived it was incomplete (only 5 of the 6 were sent) And of the five I received, two were the wrong issues. Additionally the magazines were not secured well in the package. Two were bumped and had minor damage. Tightly bagging them together would have helped to prevent this. Oldies customer service was responsive to the problem and promised to remedy. I give that part of the transaction a GOOD rating.

I chose to pay as much in shipping as the two DVDs cost, in order to get them faster so I could have them for a trip to a friend's house. Didn't matter though because it still took a week for them to ship the stupid thing, making the fast shipping time pointless as it arrived the afternoon after I'd left.

The service was good but the product I purchased was the worst recording of the music that I purchased that I ever heard. It was a 2 disc set and it is absolutely horrible. I am going to throw it away, garbage. I will never purchase from them again.

I didn’t get the CD’s that I ordered. I ordered Jimmy Reed cd ZNOT 4142, but I received SunHouse cd Raw Delta Blues.

I Ordered two DVD's. One was good and did great, but one looked blue on the underside. and I ordered DVD's. It would not play. I tried to call them today. And he said the phone was breaking Up. You See!!! not so good!!!

The Premium Shipping was labeled 1-3 days but when I was ready to pay there was notice that delivery could take longer than that. I wanted the movie for a date in 3 days and thought there was a chance it might arrive in time. It took NINE days for shipping at $14.98. Wow, some premium. Highly misleading!

First time customer, and I was disappointed that I was not allowed the 10% off discount for a $100 or more purchase, because I was a day late. However, that was not the reason I am writing this 2 star review. The reason is, it took 7 days to send my order out, even though everything was in stock. This place has a great selection, but I'm on the fence as to whether I will return for a 2nd purchase.
