“I ordered 9 Deadly Culture/ Evil Sisters DVD And 7 have indentations on the cover artwork, You make these movies so why do I still get damaged movies.”

“Order processed averagely. Specified USPS PRIORITY. They handed off to Fedex who recently lost 2 of my packages for 3 weeks. After wasted time and many phone calls to Fedex, they finally showed up. Now I have a package in the black hole of Fedex Orlando hub where the package will already sit there for 5 days !! Fingers crossed !!”

“I have tried twice to order a DVD which they say is in stock and twice they have backordered it with no chance of sending once it comes back in stock because it's less than $10. If you say it is in stock, you should ship it when it does come in no matter the cost.”
