Ordered an album including a 7" Album arrived but no 7" Called and was told it would be investigated. Crickets. I was looking for an alternative to Amazon but this isn't it

Reviewed DVD "Philly Hoops". Has bad scratch marks about middle of video. Cleaned it, but that did not help. Scratches can't be cleaned off.

I initially purchased my order on 8/1/20 to receive a notification that there was an error with my payment. I immediately tried to edit payment information but was unsuccessful in doing so. Unfortunately I had to start over and place a new order which arrived 12 days later. I order through Importcd.com and all orders arrived within 6 days. I am an classic film fan however importcd is very popular and always on back order. I ran across oldies.com and wanted to try. A long long process to finally receive my product. Ordering from oldies will not be an option for me in the future unless process and delivery is speedy.

received in timely fashion, packing ok, but one of the holding clips in the middle of the disc holder was broken off/missing. Not a problem, but the disc wouldn't play without stopping at the beginning of the Talk of Hollywood. Ok on the Dinner Time cartoon. Tried several times and it kept stopping and would not go on, so perhaps the disc is faulty.

Emails provided regular updates on delivery. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong CD. Order label attached to CD did not match the name of the CD. Memo to shipping: they should match.

I don't know if it is because of the virus or otherwise but I have had 3 orders and it has taken at least a week for any order to be sent. I believe one took 10 days but I didn't go back to check. Also, the shipping costs are as high or higher than any company with which I have dealt. One online offer did not mention that all of the DVDs on sale were DVD-R. That wasted my time. Later it was corrected. I have received one of the three shipments so far. The merchandise was in good condition once I received it.

Nice place, most of the time. I ordered Jimmy Webb's Original Album Series with an order several weeks ago, everything came but that. It was out of stock. Kept my money, said it would come as soon as it was available again. About 2 weeks ago I see it advertised on Facebook, then I notice that I was just refunded for the set. I ordered it again, this time it cost me $7 more than what I was refunded for the same cds. It finally came, thank you. I'm not very happy about having to pay more for it the 2nd time. Sure, it was the shipping, but wasn't it on backorder? If so, why did you advertise it and then refund me? To make $7. Gimme a break.

Great price and fast delivery BUT 3 or 4 songs on my new best of John Lee Hooker 2 cd set sound HORRIBLE with John Lee's voice hardly audible. Booooo!!

I did not realize this is a MINI cup. I expected a full sized cup. This is too small to use or display, don't know what to do with it.

I have previously had a good experience with "Oldies.com". However, this time was disappointing. I had ordered more than $75 in products, as I usually do. $75 is the threshold for free shipping. However, I was charged for shipping because your company did not have all the items I had ordered, therefore my total order fell below the $75 threshold. I was not warned that I was being charged for shipping - they just added the cost to my bill without my consent. If I'd known they were out of stock on some of these items, I'd have chosen other items from my "saved items". This is a poor business practice that angered a good customer.

Apparently, their web-site stored a previous address of mine. Even though they had previously shipped to my residence of two-years , their system defaulted to the old location. When I tracked the package & discovered this, I called customer service. The rep had a bit of an attitude, and ultimately they were unwilling to help me, or even meet me halfway. Upon going to my PayPal account, I only saw only my actual, current address listed. So I didn't receive my order but was charged. Not a good way to do business, so I'll take mine elsewhere.

the movie i ordered said running time 1hr 48min yet the box says 1hr 8min I watched the movie on imbd and it was hour and 48min so what you sent is missing 40min despite your website saying 1hour 48min wich is false advertising. The reason I ordered from you was because you indicated the full length unlike ebay, walmart,amazon which said 1hr 8min so I am very disappointed and probably wont order anything else from you.

The back cover of the DVD says 108 minutes; which is indeed one hour and 48 minutes. Rest assured, the full movie is on the DVD as advertised. Best regards, CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT OLDIES.com

Was looking forward to receiving Blue Magic's CD. The the package was right, the CD had the songs listed...BAM! A disco CD!! VERY DISAPPOINTING! We're requesting a refund!

Ordered two items that were sold out, but received no notification of why they were missing from my shipment, no invoice, just an undetailed cash register receipt; was assigned "credit" for merch in the place of a monetary refund without my knowledge/ with no notification of what was happening with my money; had to call customer service to find out .status of my payment. Very puzzling way to do business.
