I am having great difficulty getting any updates regarding my recent order. This was a Christmas present. I have called on multiple occasions, only to be put on perpetual hold. Finally, when I do get a representative, I have been met with the age old answer “you should receive it sometime soon”. This will be my first and last time ordering from this company. I was trying to get this for my son for Christmas. Now, I just hope I get it at all. No communication at all or email updates. I’ve had to call and beg to find out. The order stays is incorrect. This is not very good costumer service. I was generous with 2 stars, as I did receive one of my albums today, and it was fine. So frustrating. I hope my second part will be here within 2021.

Ordered Dec 12. Said it ships 3 to 5 business days. Tracking status says as of December 21 they have not received the item to ship. Just a label for shipping was prepared. This was a christmas gift that I could have gotten from Amazon in 2 days but I'm a supporter of small businesses. Never again. So disappointed. Giving my kid a picture of it in a box instead. Hopefully I actually get the item soon.

takes greather than 3 weeks to receive orders so can niot be trusted as a Christmas gift. Had busted jewel cases

The order was supposed to arrive in 2 to 5 days and it took 2 weeks. Not happy about that.

I will tell you that I was displeased with my order. I ordered three different cd sets, and only received one! I am very disappointed, to say the least. These were supposed to be gifts for a couple people on my holiday list, but now I will be scrambling to find something else. Very disappointed.

Customer service was rude and not helpful on two occasions (one over the phone, with Meghan.. and one via email). Paid extra for expedited shipping (actually 65% percent of the cost of the item I was even purchasing!).. and it did not come swiftly, nor where they able to give me updates on why it hasn't shipped, or additional information to track the shipment. Will never order from them again.

Ordered weeks ago still did not my items yet. Some items were not available no one lets you know you have to guess . Poor service

Impressive selection, but there are some glitches in customer communication. Got three out of four items (and they're fine), but the fourth was back-ordered and the company never saw fit to mention that until I saw a note in the package. Phone help was unhelpful. Two weeks later, still no CD, no refund, and no clue what's going on. Some simple, auto-generated emails could have made this a lot smoother. Then again, I got this review email minutes after an arrival confirmation email, so maybe not. Oldies really should look into some 21st-century customer service procedures.

The price was a little high. Shipping way high. CD case was shattered into 4 pieces, very poor packing.

I called last week with questions about my recent order and the rep I spoke with kept talking with someone else. It was very hard to understand her and what she was saying. Perhaps she was training a new person, but it was hard to decipher answers to my questions. I ended up hanging up I was so frustrated.

2 records not delivered and all 9 records are warped that were sent One not in shrink and cover torn which was not listed in description.

Ordered eighteen Alpha Video DVDs, of the eighteen four are defective and need to be replaced. A 22% failure rate does not speak well of their Quality Control department.
