If you don't have any issues with your order, you will probably be satisfied with price, quality of products, and delivery. However, if you get short shipped, or product sold as stock is not in stock, or you have a problem, customer service is slow or non-existent. They seemed overwhelmed, or don't have enough employees to handle the workload.

oldies is very bad about sending the wrong 45 records I orded the ricky van shelton 45 record back in Dec.20.I have called them two ti rightmes trying to get them to eather send my 45 record or refund my money and they will not bake it.Ac

The delivery time was very prompt, however, when I played the record straight I purchased, it skipped in numerous spots, which has never happened before....

One item was unavailable. No notification was given until the item that was available arrived. Why wasn't an e-mail sent apprising me of this?

Didn't respond to my request whatsoever. The CD case was also broken from the get-go. At least the actual CD works!

I was not happy about 1 CD I ordered being delivered after Christmas. I don't understand how it shipped from PA and went to Palm Springs, FL and then shipped to NY. I sent an email and was very disappointed on the reply I received.

I am having great difficulty getting any updates regarding my recent order. This was a Christmas present. I have called on multiple occasions, only to be put on perpetual hold. Finally, when I do get a representative, I have been met with the age old answer “you should receive it sometime soon”. This will be my first and last time ordering from this company. I was trying to get this for my son for Christmas. Now, I just hope I get it at all. No communication at all or email updates. I’ve had to call and beg to find out. The order stays is incorrect. This is not very good costumer service. I was generous with 2 stars, as I did receive one of my albums today, and it was fine. So frustrating. I hope my second part will be here within 2021.

Ordered Dec 12. Said it ships 3 to 5 business days. Tracking status says as of December 21 they have not received the item to ship. Just a label for shipping was prepared. This was a christmas gift that I could have gotten from Amazon in 2 days but I'm a supporter of small businesses. Never again. So disappointed. Giving my kid a picture of it in a box instead. Hopefully I actually get the item soon.

takes greather than 3 weeks to receive orders so can niot be trusted as a Christmas gift. Had busted jewel cases

The order was supposed to arrive in 2 to 5 days and it took 2 weeks. Not happy about that.

I will tell you that I was displeased with my order. I ordered three different cd sets, and only received one! I am very disappointed, to say the least. These were supposed to be gifts for a couple people on my holiday list, but now I will be scrambling to find something else. Very disappointed.

Customer service was rude and not helpful on two occasions (one over the phone, with Meghan.. and one via email). Paid extra for expedited shipping (actually 65% percent of the cost of the item I was even purchasing!).. and it did not come swiftly, nor where they able to give me updates on why it hasn't shipped, or additional information to track the shipment. Will never order from them again.

Ordered weeks ago still did not my items yet. Some items were not available no one lets you know you have to guess . Poor service
