The auction was great. paying the bill was easy. actually getting what I purchased.... hasn't happened. I've been told it happened -- not so.

Dissatisfied Customer. I ordered 2 Superman keychains for gifts. On the website the item is shown with a the Superman keychain card as a DC Comic in a clear wrapped package. The package I received had I keychain in the clear wrapped package and the other one was loose in the package and was not in the clear wrapped package. When I called customer service, I was told that the supervisor said some are wrapped and some may not be. I expected both to be in the clear wrapped package. Luckily the loose key chain was not damaged being shipped that way. This was my first time ordering from OLDIES and it will be my last. I like the products, but unhappy with the packaging and the poor excuse the supervisor gave the customer service associate.

Good selection but I have not received my refund for items returned one month ago. Customer service is lacking. The items I returned were cancelled by Oldies.com as not available so I bought from another vendor. 5 weeks later, the items show up from Oldies.com. Bad organization.

I am completely satisfied with the selection and service, but feel the shipping was a bit ridiculous and way over what it should and could be. So for that reason I will still use you for the hard to find stuff but will look elsewhere first. Something I know can be shipped for $2 or less, it makes me feel I am being screwed over and taken advantage of to pay $6 plus to have shipped. Sincerely, Virgil

The jewel case it came in was smashed in 3 places. The package it came in showed no damage.

Record sleeve came in with damaged corner that also damaged liner notes sleeve inside. Ordered 2 records that I wanted shipped together. No mention that the other was out of stock and not shipping, leaving shipping cost for 1 record higher than I would have paid.

My vinyl lp was a 2 record set (FM movie soundtrack) Both records were the same ( sides 1and4 ). Very disappointed

They sent the wrong product. I ordered a set of Vampire Family stickers and got Zombie. When I emailed, they said I had to call in. I called in and while the rep was very nice and was going to have a shipping label sent to me, she never did.

I’m both glad,and sad,to see other reviews with a similar problem to my own. I placed a decent sized order (4 shirts,2 cds and a dvd), and only the cds/dvd came. It was a small package-noticeable that it was only media. I have now emailed them 3 times and received no response. I am disappointed for many reasons: 1- I have had issues in the past, and they have always been resolved,so what’s wrong in 2021?? 2- Obviously, my merchandise hasn’t arrived, so why bother ordering from them anymore? And 3- NO response to my email (I was expecting the “The tracking number says it arrived” line, but I didn’t even get that). Not sure what happened to the company in the last few months, but they just aren’t good now.

I ordered a Christmas Music Box CD. The one I received was blank. I called and reported it and they asked me to return it and I did. This was back in December. I have not received a replacement. I have sent several emails with no response. I have given up on Oldies.

I wish I knew about the high shipping cost before check out I was penny's away from free shipping and the site wouldn't allow me to edit it. I tired calling 4 times with no one answering.

Although the album ordered did eventually arrive, it was much later than expected and the $7.95 for shipping was exorbitant with this consideration.

I ordered 2 different orders within 1 hour of each other, I called & trie to get both orders combined to save $7.95 shipping charges, I was informed it was too late& the combined orders was not possible. Maybe you could grant me a credit.
