“Listed an item for sale. Several days later i receive an email from PayPal saying I’m getting a refund on the order. Confused, i call oldies.com to inquire. Was advised the item was no longer available. I asked why I received no correspondence from oldies.com. Representative had no answer. If my communication with one of my customers was this poor I’d receive and deserve a 1 star negative review. Won’t be shopping oldies.com again. Btw, i spend hundreds to thousands monthly on vinyl records.”

We show that Order #1206397 was for a horror DVD (Hisss), not a Dracula CD. #1206397 was delivered to you within (7) business days after we received your order. “I ordered a 4k movie with 2 day shipping. The item arrived 6 days later and was the standard Bluray release. When I called to have the 4k movie sent immediately, I was told I would first have to mail back the item they sent in error and wait for the one person they have to do returns to process the return and then the correct item would be shipped to me. No time frame could be given. This is my first and last order.”

“I ordered a CD and it was the wrong CD. Had to ship it back and you just sent me the same CD. The CD I want is way more expensive than the one you keep sending me. The first time I ordered something from OLDIES, you promised to send me a back ordered CD. I never received that CD. So I won’t be ordering anything again.”

“I have an order in and it has been processing for seven days now. Obviously, you never had the CD to begin with and are waiting for stock to arrive. this is not the first time this has happened and in one other occurrence the item was in stock but the order was canceled due to the item not being available. I honestly believe the same will happen with this order also. Oldies.com is the only site I consistently have this problem with.”
