I used to love oldies.com. My last 3 purchases have been awful. Amateur packaging causing damage to albums, orders that were in stock when I purchased them, canceled by oldies then back in their site for 2x price. I don't know if this is new management or greed and laziness but you'll never get another dollar out if me.

My original order #1180899 totaled $222.38 when I placed it 7/5/21. When it arrived 7/15/21 the invoice showed a charged total of $230.78 even though one of my selections, a 2-CD Best of Def Leppard was not included. So I ended up getting less than what I ordered and payed more for it. Not sure I would trust ordering from you again.

Don't order from this company! I've been getting brushed off by customer service for about a month, waiting for an order I placed just shy of two months ago. The only answer they will give me is that it's been shipped to them and they don't know when they'll have it. Yeah, right. For almost two months. This was for a supposedly "in stock" item.

Of the five DVD's I ordered, one was out of stock and one was not delivered though paid for. I ordered a Marianna Fathful DVD and got Kelly Rowland instead. I put in an inquiry but no one has bothered to respond.

i bought Quincy, M.E.: Season 3 there was no Tracking number and It said order currently being processed  I placed in order on the 1st of June Then the next day money was taken out its June 30th and I still have not received my package so i bought Quincy, M.E.: Season 3 on a DIFFERENT Website thank you for not giving me what I paid for You Suck p.s. I emailed you guys 2 times still nothing

I called to ask why my package was tracked in Southeast Pa and then in Jersey City, New Jersey when I live in Philadelphia Pa and the black female who answered the phone, very rudely told me to ask the USPS and hung the phone up without saying goodbye or anything else.

Ripped me of still owe me 6 dvds they never sent from late 2020 and also they took out $181.91 for no reason I did one payment of $848.09 & another payment of $309.53 but was trying to get a reason for the extra $181.91 which I did not authorize I emailed probably over 30 times & they hung up when i phoned.

It said in my email it was delivered to the address 2012 Lena drive chalmette Louisiana and they never received it so it was not delivered in no mailbox haven't got it I'm very upset about that will not order with y'all again

Ordered dvd of haven season 2. Eventually received blu ray version. Not what I ordered and very slow delivery. Sent a complaint email never answered

Listings for low cost items are great, but after ordering they are "Out of Stock" -- despite still appearing on the web pages as available at a higher rate. This has happened to multiple orders of mine. It seems like a "bait and switch" ordeal. Similarly, offers of "Free Shipping on Orders over $75" is also great -- but then there are "$1 extra fees" on many items. Why? The Free Shipping offer seems disingenuous or dishonest when you're tacking on an extra dollar to each items' list price. Billing is terrible (sending a notice that I have a "credit" amount with the company is not what I want. And very slow to refund payments on unfilled/undelivered/out of stock items. Overall, I've been very frustrated.

A few weeks ago I had placed an order. I got an e-mail to call about my credit card .I waited 17 minutes, finally I was talking to someone who got the problem fixed.She told me I should not have any more problems.(She was very kind)I placed another order for one item and I got another e-mail for the same problem. Iam not wasting my time on the phone for the same problem that I was assured fixed.You may take my name off of your list. Lots of other sites.

Very poor service. After charging me double what I had expected, they delivered my items to Austin Texas, instead of Melbourne Australia. They didn't just miss the location, or the country, or the continent ... They missed the hemisphere!!! I wrote to them over the weekend to ask what they would do, and so far have received no reply. Avoid at all costs!!!!

106.00 dollar order not received yet mixed up with a fellow first in North Carolina then word it was delivered to Florida praying my personal information wasn't too was told it was corrected after two phone calls.

I ordered a mug and after the third use it developed a chip in the glaze. It is about a quarter inch down from the lip of the mug on the inside. I contacted customer service and they offered no remedy. No refund and no replacement. I spent $18 and change for nothing. I will not order from them again because they do not stand by their products and provide no customer service!
