Received wrong record. Called to report mistake and was advised that I would receive a return label in mail. After waiting for ten days I called oldies back. Agent was extremely rude and uncaring and told me RTA was Not sent. It has been two weeks now and still nothing. I am stuck with a record I do not want. You have lost me as a customer and my business.

i had a order that got hung up in tath got hung up in tennesse that got hung up in tennessee that never made it to my home i have made i think to more orders that made the trip sussessfully the order that never came was a james taylor and the movie accountant

You placed your order after the close of busines on 10/4. Today is 10/6. As stated, orders typically process and ship within 5 business days after receipt. (And often much sooner than that for in-house stock.) You'll receive an automated notice with the tracking number via e-mail as soon as it's enroute. Thanks again for the order... and we appreciate your patience!

I ordered an 8 disc set for $70.00 On German Panzer WW2 tanks. They sent me one disc. Instead of sending it back. I paid $13.00 for it. Several weeks later I received the 8 disc set. And the one disc they sent was In there. Now I have TWO !! Two weeks later I received a THIRD COPY of Panzer’s 1 & 2. Probably a refilling of my paying $13.00 for their Mistake !!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I paid for expedited delivery and received the CD after the function and it took longer than regular mail. Returning CD for full refund including the delivery price of $16.00. Incompetent!!!

Terrible customer service. I realized after an order that the mailing address on my account was outdated, so I immediately emailed asking if I could change the address on the order or cancel it. They said I could cancel, but I had to send an email confirming I wanted to do that. I did, but didn't hear back from them, so I sent another email a few days later. At that point they said the order had already gone through and told me I should have called like they asked me to. I told them I never got any message asking me to call rather than write (I checked my spam folder), so they forwarded an email about it they had sent earlier, but I could see from the "To:" field it hadn't actually been addressed to me, the customer service person had just sent that email to their own address (maybe they hit 'reply' to their own previous message rather than 'reply all'). I politely pointed this out and asked for a refund twice, but they just ignored my last two emails.

I purchased 2 cds I got only 1 . You never explained why or refund the money. What ugly experience. Shame.

I made a purchase and they sent it to the wrong address tried to say it was my fault so now I’m out I’m out of money as well as my CDs will never buy anything from OLDIES .com again watch out people

Received the wrong order. Called customer service and was told they would forward me a return label. I have yet to receive it. They offer no compensation for having to repack, drive to the post office, and return it. The box is heavy and I have a bad back. On top of that, I had customers waiting for their orders.

I ordered 7 movies. 3 were VHS not DVD. The 4 DVDs I ordered only one plays the way it should. 1 doesn't play at all the other plays a few seconds then stops and then plays for a few more seconds and sometimes repeats the lines previously spoken while stopped. One DVD I ordered did not arrive and one I did not order was one of 7 delivered. One delivery for the price of 7. Tried calling customer service and a waiting line I have yet to get through.

Ordered Vinyl record and your site said 2 available in stock. Shipped 0 then refunded money for that vinyl. The only reason I had ordered other 2 Items was for the shipping charges. Next time will stick with popmarket.
