“I ordered just under $100 of Football CD's as they seemed to be a good deal priced. A couple weeks later the package arrived with 3 CD's missing. I called and waited forever for someone to pick up. Then she said "The Cowboys CD is out of stock, but the others should have shipped". I said "You knowingly shipped my order without a CD and no expansion?" And charged me anyway? She ignored me and said Bernie or Ernie would need to call me back. He never did. By reading these complaints it seems obvious this company sends you whatever they have or what ever they want to send and keep your money to deal / ignore the issues later. Very disappointed.”

“i ordered 3 dvd's in feb,they finally came and just two dvd's so i asked for a refund on missing title it was out of stock a month later no refund and i get an e-mail this morning(april 8) that the missing title is back in stock so all i want instead of refund just ship the missing title i have already paid for it!!!!but they can't,or won't do it now they won't answer e-mails,or phone calls they are pirates plain and simple Gerry you are a thief! a corrupt individual and business manager. the worst company out there!!!! save your hard earned dough and buy from a trusted company not these thieves who practice rather dubious business standards, Jerry and his family are common thieves who hopefully this pandemic will put them out of business.”

“They said they had Stray Kids Cle Levanter limited album, but they sent me a normal version. They got my hopes up because it is very hard to find a limited album as of now, and they said they had 5 in stock, so I bought 1 because it was at a good price. I waited over a week for the album to ship, and I was waiting for it to get to me. I was so bummed when I opened it and saw that it was a normal album. To add salt to the wound, it came opened at the bottom. Never again will I shop here! :(”

“The website kept saying my order on hold; and still showed old credit card and shipping choice after I spoke to customer service and got my card and shipping choice changed. I called to see why, and got on hold with just silence. Nothing to show I was even still on hold. In general, it gave the appearance of a business that was unorganized, and unfamiliar with wise business practices. I was left feeling no trust whatsoever in this business being able to meet my needs in the future. Hopefully, these things will change and/or just be momentary flukes. Perhaps others have had a better experience.”

Jack, You ordered a CD from us, and we shipped you that CD. You then claimed that you ordered an LP, and we provided you with documentation that you did indeed order a CD. We also provided you with return instructions. How is this deceptive, and how does it warrant negative feedback?
