Ordered a record and it came in a damaged cover and they are out of stock so I can’t get a replacement. Should’ve went with a different company

I ordered a mug and after the third use it developed a chip in the glaze. It is about a quarter inch down from the lip of the mug on the inside. I contacted customer service and they offered no remedy. No refund and no replacement. I spent $18 and change for nothing. I will not order from them again because they do not stand by their products and provide no customer service!

They give the impression the DVDs are readily available when they are not. I ordered DVDs over eight days ago, they are just now shipping out when their site says 2 - 5 days for shipping. Worst outfit on the planet.

I ordered four items, and one item was shorted from the order. No advance notice, or email saying "this item was sold out, would you like a substitution or refund?" or anything, just a note stuffed in the box saying I can expect a refund in 10-14 days. Will the shipping for that item also be refunded? It added about $1.23 to the shipping total. It also took about a week for Oldies to ship my order out. That should have been plenty of time for them to realize the item was sold out and then offer me an alternative. Overall, I'm not impressed with the service I got. Shipping was slow and expensive, an item was missing, and no option was offered to replace the sold out item. In the age of Amazon, it's kind of like stepping back into 1996 to receive service like this.

Your selection is great which I do like, but if you could only get me my product without damaging it because of your absolutely terrible Packaging. Almost every time you shipped to me something comes in damaged because you put no effort into protecting that which I purchased. Apparently you don't value me as a customer nor do you value the sale.

Ordered 3 albums: one was the wrong pressing and two arrived damaged because Oldies uses cheap, substandard LP mailers. Never buying from this company again!

They are professional thieves that use shipping tracking as proof they shipped. But they do not ship your whole order. Then 1/2 of it is defected.

The record came damaged,there was nothing protecting it.Customer service sent a return label,but I decided to keep it since its now out of print. Had the chance to order from.another vendor,assuming Oldies.com would be better.I was wrong,please pack your vinyl securely.

I called the customers service (the 1-800 number) - the rudest person I have ever encountered. She even hanged up on me. I called to let the company (Oldies) know that I was still missing two items from two different orders and it has been a month since then - (still no item or a refund for the items). She could not tell me when I would be getting the items or the refund. Heads up.. stay away from this website.
