I ordered just under $100 of Football CD's as they seemed to be a good deal priced. A couple weeks later the package arrived with 3 CD's missing. I called and waited forever for someone to pick up. Then she said "The Cowboys CD is out of stock, but the others should have shipped". I said "You knowingly shipped my order without a CD and no expansion?" And charged me anyway? She ignored me and said Bernie or Ernie would need to call me back. He never did. By reading these complaints it seems obvious this company sends you whatever they have or what ever they want to send and keep your money to deal / ignore the issues later. Very disappointed.

Should have read previous reviews. Was in processing status for two weeks. Never answered my emails. After multiple tries, finally got a hold of them on the phone and she said "it just got canceled. No explanation why." How ironic, it just got cancelled the moment I called. Sure. Will never do business with them again and will warn others of them as well. Avoid this company!!!!

I ordered 27 vinyl LP's on March 7. As of March 27, a full 3 weeks later, I have received only 5 LP's. Today I received #4 and #5, but the box contained a receipt showing I was charged for 3 LP's AND contained a pre-printed notice saying any part of the order that was not included in that shipment would not be charged until it does ship -- obviously that is a lie. Either my shipment was shorted or Oldies.com does not have a good handle on how to ship partial orders. I am STILL waiting for albums and Oldies.com does not respond well to order inquiries. The purchase experience I have had so far is dismal. There are plenty of online retailers that can deliver the same product for the same price and provide better customer support. I do not expect to order again and likely just going to cancel the albums they have failed to ship 3 weeks after receiving my order. To be clear - my issue is not with the time it has taken to deliver packages -- my issue is that Oldies.com doesn't get the goods shipped in the first place.

Ordered product (Irish Rover's CD for St. Patrick's Day) on March 11 and paid extra for shipping 2-3 days. Received product on March 20! When I called Oldies to ask what happened, the young sounding woman told me over and over again that their company doesn't recommend express delivery because it goes thru the Post Office. Well, it would have been great if their website made that clear when the "express delivery" option came up. No - instead the young woman told me something was printed on the top of the page. No apology, no concern. I will never order from them again.

I don't like the idea for being charged for something when you don't have it in stock. The order is sent, minus an item with no real explanation. I call and come to find out you're not even going to have it anymore. I ask for a credit to my Pay Pal account and i'm still waiting 2 1/2 weeks later. I used to do a lot of business with you but because of your "antiquated" ways of doing things, i'll think twice next time. And please don't use Covid as an excuse!!!

The two albums I just received were profoundly warped. I will never play them on my turntable again because they'll damage my cartridge and stylus. I want store credit for both. I operate a Facebook group with about 5,000 members. I will put up a negative post about Oldies.com if this is not resolved to my satisfaction. I don't know what the next steps are.

Product was not clear of DVD format in technical description, listed all available including NTSC, product that was shipped was PAL format, cannot be played on NA players

I ordered a dvd not an album. I have nothing to play an album on so had to throw it out. Waste of my money.. why are you selling albums?

Terrible experience, only half of order showed up despite website saying everything was in stock. No email notification or update prior to receiving order letting me know it wasn’t everything. So order and you might get what you ordered, you might not, just have to wait and see? Why bother?

I ordered one album, but they sent me the wrong album. Now I told that the album I originally ordered is not in stock and not sure when it will be back in stock. At this point I just want a full refund. This was my first time ordering from Oldies, and most likely my last.

Horrible packaging. Records sleeve damaged on all 4 corners. Will not be purchasing from Oldies in the future. Such a shame to ruin a brand new record because of improper packaging.

When ordering the product the site would not allow me to order more than one, it said it was out of stock I could not place it in the cart. I received two packages several weeks apart, I was disappointed because it was supposed to contain a DVD and a CD. The first package I opened and it was one disc and that is all. I called to complain they told me to send it back. I place both in the mail

I purchased a blu ray from your site. In the picture it had a green slipcase. I even called your company before I placed my order and the guy said "I'm sure what you see is what you get."That was not the case I spent $40 on this movie called "I Drink Your Blood." Very disappointed and now I'm hesitant to ever shop with you guys ever again.

Both my Trex clips came defective. Do not play tone. Email company - zero reply. Dissatisfied. Will not show there again.
