I received one vinyl record out of two that I had purchased. Never received the second one even though they said it was delivered.

Placed an order for (3) LPs on December 11, 2020. The full amount was charged to by CC, and then credited only to have an amount for (1) LP charged. No notification as to why. After several attempts at reaching Oldies via email, I got a response that (2) of my choices were special order (even though the website indicated they had X amount in stock at the time of the order. The Oldies correspondence said (1) LP was shipping & the rest of the order would be filled when in stock. It's Feb 1, 2021 & I have yet to receive the (1) LP I was charged for & they said shipped. Subsequent attempts to contact for a resolution have resulted in emails saying they are short-handed & a customer service rep would look over my order when possible. I understand COVID has companies shut-down & short-handed, but as a businessman myself, this is absurd.

I wanted to purchase music of "COLDPLAY", and this CD was advertised as such. It has no music; it is like listening to CBS news, only worse; with an accent that cannot be understood.

My dvds were extremely damaged and unplayable when I received them and I even payed for their so called shipment insurance. Have tried to contact them for over 5 days now and cant get ahold of them they just leave me on hold I wouldnt reccomend these crooks....

I'm getting pretty fed up with Oldies - I've been buying stuff from them for many years but recently they have been posting out tatty CDRs instead of proper CDs (for out of print items on their own Collectable Lable) without mentioning this in their product description - in most cases the thin xeroxed artwork doesn't even fit the box. Most don't play and certainly don't download' Plus their customer help department is useless - they don't answer emails and don't address any issue with the order. I'm finished with this bunch of crooks

worst Online store ever, my first-time by a recommendation by a friend, now too there defense I did receive 7 out of the 10 pieces that I ordered, so when I called to ask what happened the first lady was awesome and helpful and told me to call back the next day to find out what happened, well was on hold for about, to 2 hours, then had really rude customer servicewomen, I explained my situation and off the bat she was rude called me something Spanish while talking too other co-workers giggling so when I told the customer agent I just wanted to cancel my the three remaining the whole attitude on me canceling my order was just so off and told me out three that was not received one of them was shipped, I will be making a video of this ordeal, and advises to shop Oldies with caution, thank you

Ordered a DVD Dec. 5th which was supposed to be delivered between Dec. 11-23rd. By January 4th still no delivery and no updates. I called and was told it would ship in 2 days by Priority and I would have it in 1-5 days. Called 3 days later, was told it was shipped. Over a week later - nothing. Called again and said I wanted to cancel. Mirna who cancelled my order would not let me get a word in edge-wise. Didn't even bother to ask why I was cancelling. Kept talking over me. Worst customer service ever. Will never use them again.

Ordered a movie on December 15th, paid extra for fast shipping to arrive in under 8 days, it is now January 13th, I’ve reached out to customer service through email and have gotten no response.

1114036 was never received. I would like it or a refund. I purchased it at full and not sale price After waiting an hour to phone in a complaint with just.lousy music I feel they do not care for customers.

They sent an incorrect cd. I have emailed them twice and received no response. I have called customer service three times and waited on hold for about twenty minutes before giving up. I will never do business with them again.

The movie arrived on time. it was a such horrible quality I could barely make out what movie I was watching, much less enjoying any of it.

On 11/24/20, I ordered a DVD as a Christmas gift. Oldies invoiced me on 11/24/20, and sent me an e-mail projecting I would receive my DVD between 12/7/20 and 12/15/20. I'm typing this on 1/10/21, and 47 days later, I have not yet received my DVD. Have verbally and via e-mail contacted Oldies Customer Service, who have told me to "be patient" and for me to follow-up with the USPS, Oldies' subcontractor. Have twice asked the USPS to track the delivery status, and on 1/8/21, a USPS staffer told me my DVD is most likely misplaced somewhere between Philadelphia and Jersey City. On 1/8/21, I again both called Oldies Customer Service, and forwarded an e-mail...and I was told an Oldies Supervisor would call me, which so far hasn't happened Previoulsy I have requested a Refund, which Customer Service has denied. I've asked that a "replacement" DVD be forwarded to me, so I can pay my Credit Card, which so far Oldies hasn't responded to. I have been an Oldies customer for over 10 years, and am surprised that Customer Service has so far not resolved this issue for me. I have and am again, asking Oldies to be reasonable.

I didn't receive one of the items that I ordered, and customer service has been incredibly unresponsive. I still have yet to hear back from Oldies at all since the day I contacted them two weeks ago.
