I placed my order online 12/3/20. There website indicated my order would ship within 3-5 days. It still has NOT shipped. Christmas is in 3 days and the gift was a MAJOR part of my sons Christmas. I have emailed about it and this is an exact quote "This order remains processing as we await the delayed made-on-demand items from Warner. No additional information is available at this time". *NO HELP WHATSOEVER. I am devastated. Now we just wait....... Terrible customer service. Disappointing.

The description of the mug I bought said ceramic. T’wasn’t. Good ol’ fashioned non-dishwasher/non-microwave safe plastic. So what was going to be a practical Christmas gift is now a stupid cup that’ll never get used. Thanks for taking my money, jerks.

Ordered on nov 27th. Package was supposed to arrive by December 8th. On December 9th I called customer service. The lady was rude, vague and non descriptive when it came to the whereabouts of my order. I was told that it hadn’t been processed yet. Then, two days later I get an email saying that my order had been shipped out (That was December 11th) the package arrived on December 19th.. AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! I called customer service again and told them what happened and the rude lady HUNG UP ON ME! Then I called back and another lady answered. (Also rude) after explaining to her what happened she put me on hold for five mins then came back to the line and said that my card had been declined on the 16th but My order was placed on November 27th plus if it was declined then why was I sent anything at all? The lady said they made a shipping mistake and wanted me to send back the error order while telling me my card wasn’t charged on November 27th though my bank statement says it was. Bottom line, DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS!!! NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!

Order was wrongly marked as fraud. No notification was sent to me. Called support when I found out days later, a lady with a Phillie accent picked up, speaking with a very rude tone. After explaining my seller rating on eBay would be adversely affected through no fault of my own due to this delay, I ask why I wasn't notified. She tells me there's nothing they can do. I begin suggesting that there actually IS something they can do (send automated email) she very unprofessionally cut me off and told me to order elsewhere, angrily hanging up on me. Because I needed to protect my seller rating and this was the only store advertising 2-5 day shipping, I called back & somehow convinced her to let me order. The product was delivered to my customer today, 12/19, a full 12 DAYS after my original order was placed, so my seller metrics still dropped. Stay away if you value good support + speedy service + honest advertising.

I placed my order back on Dec 5th and called two days ago (12/17) to see where the order was and lady said it shipped, so today still no shipping notice and I called back and this time they said it hasn't shipped yet so still no idea if/when i will get my order. Not a very happy customer and will not do business with Oldies.com ever again! not happy these gifts won't be delivered in time for Christmas!

I stumbled across Oldies.com while looking for a hard to find movie for my wife for Christmas. Placed the order with plenty of time before the holiday to allow it to arrive ( because I'm not one of those people who complain when something doesn't arrive in three days during the holidays) I received the package and somewhat excited for her sake and the main movie out of the two that I've been looking for since October isn't in there. So I call them and ask why. The customer service woman wasn't the nicest to begin with. She proceeded to tell me that the reason why I didn't receive it was because it was on back order! With no date in sight but as soon as they receive it they'll ship it to me! What the actual hell? These ridiculous, sorry excuse for a company sent me ( 3 ) frickin emails and not one of them said absolutely anything about a back order. I even asked her more about it and she tells me that they don't know finalized quantity until they go to fill your order.......AFTER THEY'VE TAKEN YOUR MONEY! I'm leaving it up to my wife, I've got enough sense to cancel this flipping order and tell them to shove it where the sun don't shine. This is beyond stupid. So I have to tell my wife that your Christmas gift might arrive after Christmas, Valentine's Day or F'ing 4th of July. Like I told the woman on the phone I know it wasn't her fault but it's a lesson learned and absolutely never again. See they screw you once more with their shady ways. They make the customer pay for return shipping. Who freaking does that? I'm a movie nut, I talk to lots of others and I'll be sure to spread this around for sure! STAAAYYY AWWAAYYY!

I order 2 Christmas CD's and got 1 and the other was of music from the 1950's. The receipt even was marked that it was a Christmas CD. Now I have to go and send it back.

I placed an online order on 11/14/2020. Called to check on order 12/13/2020...was told items were in stock and she couldn't see why there was such a long delay on shipment. Called again 12/15/2020 and was told that the delay was "probably" due to items out of stock. I asked why they didn't contact me about the delay like the invoice said they would, but she couldn't give me a reason. So...the items will arrive AFTER Christmas. Didn't offer to expedite my order. Next time I will choose another merchant.

I made a mistake in order two of the same cassette tapes I contact them about it and they just gave me these pre-made statements got me mad I wish they were a lot more sensitive and they would change their return policy it's not fair you have to pay for it send it back to him they should give you a sticker and pay for the shipping they should be more helpful for when you make a mistake if you don't wear your glasses when you are ordering but they were punctual to send out the package before Christmas so that was good I just give him one star for everything else

Crappy customer service! It took two weeks to even ship my order and when I finally received it 2 of the 6 albums I ordered were missing. I received no notification or communication telling me these items were not in stock. I would think this is something that should be reflected on the website preventing customers from ordering them. The customer service rep that I spoke with was rude and condescending. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

The bacon candy canes didn’t really taste like bacon and the pizza candy canes were so disgusting we all immediately ran to the trash can and spit them out.

Horrible customer service! I placed a $200+ order on 11/21/20 and after three weeks, the tracking # they gave me still says that it is still in pre-shipment and USPS is awaiting receipt of the item. When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told some nonsense about how 2000+ packages are probably on some USPS truck and they haven't scanned any of them in. I asked to cancel the order and I was told they could not cancel it. The manager told me that they are not responsible for getting the package to me. Their responsibility ends when the package is given to USPS. She told me that I had to wait for the package to be delivered. She had no time frame for when that would happen. When I asked her why I am not having these issues with any other online retailer that I do business with, of course she did not have an answer. Unbelievable! I had emailed them about this and never received a response. When I called, both the person who answered and the manager were quite rude and dismissive. When I said I would file a case with the Better Business Bureau, the manager said "go ahead and do that." Unbelievable! I'm out $200 and their answer is they "think" 2000+ missing shipments are on some USPS truck waiting to be scanned in? Right.......

I can not give this company a lower rating if I tried. I have been cut off mid sentence and put on hold twice by their customer service and then hung up on twice. I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. I have yet to receive my shipment and no one can answer my questions. Please reach out if one of you actually can help me and be nice and polite about it

I'm waiting over 30 days to receive part if my purchase...The order before took 6 weeks..I think that a lower price may not be worth the wait..When I call I get the " It's the mail" excuse Maybe the last order is the last order..

Ordered twenty five days ago, not yet delivered. Ordered same type of product from Walmart. Walmarts product was delivered within six days. Smaller companies need to be more respondant with shipping or people will continue to support the big box companies.
