I ordered from this site because of its reviews listed online. Eight days after I placed the order, I get an email say that my order was shipped. I emailed them to find out why it took 8 days to finally send my order. The person told me they were "short staffed and busy". It's Christmas time. Every business is busy. All I would of loved was a "we are sorry for the delay", but the person got very defensive. Not cool. At my household, we are shopaholics...definitely will not return to this site.

The estimated time to ship for the item you ordered was five business days. We shipped it in six. When you asked why it took six, we explained that we are experiencing very high holiday order volume, and are operating with a reduced staff due to COVID-19 restrictions. We're sorry that we didn't meet your expectations, however threatening us with a negative review because we were honest and thoroughly answered your question isn't cool.

The description didn't say karaoke machines only so these cd's are of no use to me.

Stunning bad customer service, averaged over a month per CD on delivery, some CDs took more than 100 days. Never received 5 of them and had to call to get a refund. Called customer service and their response was "that's just the way it is. They'll get there when they get there." Very rude and condescending. It's fair to say (I to call at least five times to get a status on my orders, waiting a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone) it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Much better options out there.

I paid for premium shipping and I still haven’t received anything. I put in my order Friday morning which I know weekends doesn’t count now it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t put in my order.. what’s the point of paying premium for 1-3 business days and pay $26 🙄... the customer service sucks and they are rude been hinged up 3 times even after I requested to speak to a manager.. keep up with the shipping why request to pay ridiculous amount of money and still not revive the product. According to them it’s Covid issues when other stores I receive my packages right away even paying a fee for shipping

We clearly indicated that you ordered a studio made-on-demand/special-order item that requires approximately FIVE business days to ship. You opted for PREMIUM SHIPPING. The method of shipment that you select determines the delivery time AFTER the order ships from our warehouse. As you're writing this complaint and rating us LESS THAN THREE BUSINESS DAYS after we received your order, we're just going to go ahead and cancel and refund your money. We're sorry that we didn't meet your expectations for this order.

There was a mix up in delivery address and it took 2 weeks to get the issue resolved. I had to call everyday to follow up which is unacceptable. I kept being told i would be contacted and never was. I finally did recevie my order today but i'm not sure i'll be ordering from you in the future.

After ordering a CD nearly a month ago, I was forced to cancel the order this morning, as it still had not shipped. Customer service was short and rude, and I will not order from this company in the future.

They sell products that aren't available, AND the only time you find out is after you open the delivered package. Terrible thing to do ANY time of the year. But, now I have to scramble to find the ONE item to go a long with the rest of the items. I won't EVER buy from this place again, nor should YOU!!

Sold me an item they didn't have in-stock, called customer service and was told they would ship item when it arrived. 2 weeks later emailed again and was told that item was "a close out item and not available for back order". Was still charged for mutilple item shipping even though only one single item ever arrived.. VERY poor customer service and would not recommend this business.

They didn’t have the item I ordered so they sent me a very similar product. I could spend my life sending stuff back or just never order from people who do this ever again.

I live 30 mins. away, it took 7 days to arrive, at a cost of $6.98. order #2 cost $7.98. order 36 bottles of wine from Calif. 5 to 7 days shipping cost less.. a 2 oz. tape cost $4.00 each to ship to the same address, a few miles away, great money maker ! will try other options.

After weeks of waiting for the order, 2 of the 9 DVD’s arrived with a note that, if all you ordered did not come, they are out of stock or not available. The ordering system should be able to recognize that a product is not available when a customer places the order. We will not use Oldies.com again.

I ordered a Harry Potter insulated travel mug and they shipped me a kitchen mitt that said "Get ready to undo your pants." Funny, yes, but not what I ordered.
