Item was listed as Karaoke. This is not a Karaoke CD/DVD. I have no use for a CD that I can download myself.

I’ve spent $324.98 with 4 orders within a short time. This feels like a dumpster-drive website to me. Really dislike their website and service. The music I got seems poor cheapskate junk and it shows. Cd’s in the wrong cases. CD's with songs that don't match the case labeling or labels that look and feel like they were just ‘now’ stuck on. My Spectrum Analyzer shows many of the music Cd's have very low frequency response and hundreds of songs in 'Mono' only. Playing them sound like my 1964 transistor radio with that 1 inch single speaker. Got 150 movies and some are watchable (barely). Sickening stuff and sorry but from my experience I can't recommend. 1066952, 1062383, 1057970, 1057610,

My CD order of 10/18/20 arrived on 11/13/20 with a cracked case. I would have been happy to receive it though if I hadn't already received another from ebay that I ordered after being told on 10/30/20 by "Bernie" at oldies.com that the CD had been "discontinued" and that he would ask the company to credit my paypal account, which I mistakenly thought would happen. I will never take a chance on ordering from oldies.com again. Too bad. Sounds like others have had good experiences with the company.

My very first order was delivered. It was nice that it came with two CDs. But bad news is the first one had nothing on it. I had to return it to make things right for them.

Two bad experiences with this website - both involving pre-orders. The first time the item wasn't in stock. The consumer representative on the phone was rude and actually hung up on me! I had to call back and talk to a second person who was a little better. The manager called me later that night and he was super nice. Second bad experienced: Pre-ordered Joni Mitchell's "Archives" box set for a great sale price. Release date came and went and after a week no shipping of product. I called and have a medium-friendly representative who simply told me the item was out of stock and they would cancel the order. I asked for the manager to call back and he never did. So in conclusion: 1) Don't preorder from this site - if the item is not in stock it will sit in limbo indefinitely. 2) It seems the solution is to cancel an order rather than work to get the item in stock. I'm especially mad because other websites were running sales on this box set that I've now missed. Now I have to pay full price. After both these terrible experiences I'll never shop here again.

Ordered a DVD. Paid for it. Received notice that it had been delivered. The DVD had NOT been delivered. Called Oldies office. Was told to take it up with the Post Office. My bad luck.

It takes too long to get DVDs from oldies.com. I didn't think I was going to get my DVD. Also shipping was to much for DVD. I get free shipping from Amazon I get free shipping from. Barnes & Noble and other places on DVDs. I just received my DVD yesterday Nov 3, 2019 I'm very dissatisfied customer.

The entire reason of shopping, they had plenty of the DVDS in stock but without warning they sent the purchase without the product which was the reason for the purchase. Inaccurate inventories, no notification that they were out of stock. Would have gone elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order and then was over charged for the item and never told that one of the items i was not receiving.

The DVD didn't work. 3 times it was rejected. The player's screen said, "ERROR" as it pushed it out. Please email me for a Return label--and credit the total cost to my AMEX account. What a disappointment. I haven't been able to find a Los Lobos DVD anywhere. Could the one you sent me just be the rare bad one?

I bought a nice stack of records. Lots of sealed Todd Rundgren albums that were dirt cheap. But... I purchased 4 of the same Blind Illusion LP... 3 of them are TOTALLY unplayable. Warped soooooo bad. My turntable can handle a little warping. These warps are full on waves. SO I spent almost 80 dollars on one decent Blind Illusion LP. R.I.P. my wallet

It took longer than any order I had ever placed to receive the CD. I received the CD and the next day I got another one. I called to inform you that I received another one and the person said they would E-mail a return postage slip by E-mail. I never received it. I don't care for the CD that much that I would want two. I am not going to pay to send it back. Your company needs better customer service.

I didn’t get my entire order which was needed for my party-when I called I was told they are on back order-so why didn’t somebody call me? Terrible customer service! Poor business-never recommend you!

I ordered Halloween 2 and Halloween 3. I opened the package and I got the DVD Obscene Beauty which I have never even heard of. I am very disappointed. I was really looking forward to my two DVDs

Was shipped the wrong vinyl variant. Sent customer service a full description of issue and was told to call. I called the number for over an hour and got a busy signal every time. Finally after getting in touch with someone, was told I could return the vinyl for a full refund. Not long following got a follow up email from customer service telling me I was calling the wrong number because if I was getting a busy signal that means I was, which I wasn’t. Not a good experience. No one ever apologized And by email pretty much called me a lair instead of helping me.
