“Lousy online service. Site said 5 cd's available, then when order'd you said backorder'd. Amazon is able to keep track of what they have in stock....saying "one left" and if you order it you get it. So your behind the times. I've tried to get rid of all your ad's that keep popin' up, but I can't. It's just the worst. I unsuscribed to everything I could and ask'd nothing mailed to my email....and what ya know...the ads pop everywhere. On eBay, On Aol. I will see if I can ask my computer repair man if he can get you out of my life for goo. Tell people that.... after they order a CD, you will be on their computer for life, bothering them. If they are like me, they will never ever order from you again. I'll stick to Amazon.”

“From Australia Oldies is one of the worst ones you can come across the complaints procedure non existence Do not return emails Did not give the correct advertisement on DVD video time length Access issues to the web page You can only access the guest page once only then you need a password only reason I went to oldies is because of the DVDs the have is not available in Australia The refuse to allow the return of dvd movies Which is illegal They take too long to send out DVD movies The only best solution to sort this company is legal action then see how smart they are This my worst experience ever DVD buying”

“Zero follow-up on an order. No notice that one of my items went into back-order AFTER the entire order was mis-shipped to another customer. Promise to send one of the items from my order that was available never materialized after one month of waiting. Never received my order. The tone of my follow-up call after a month wait for my order was not pleasant. I don't need confrontation and condescending language from a vendor I am trying to support. Off my list of resources for music. Bye-bye Oldies.”

“Your company failed to change the shipping address on my one and only order. Therefore the label was misprinted and it has been bouncing around post offices in Milwaukee WI. I just found out that the Post Office gave my package to someone who wasn't me and I want to start an inquiry into this matter because I never did receive the shipment. I will be demanding my money back on order #1044590. I expect a full refund because of your gross negligence in this matter.”

“All but 1 of the vinyl records I ordered descriptions were wrong. When I received them, they were picture disc versions and not the 2 LP vinyl editions that were stated in the descriptions. I called customer service and explained that I would like to return the picture discs for a refund and they stated I needed to pay for return shipping. I explained that the mistake was on their end so they should pay for return shipping. After being on the phone for almost an hour I was told they would email me a prepaid return label. It has been over a week and I still have not received a return label. Yes,..I’m checking my spam folder as well.. I will never do business with this scam of a company again...and you shouldn’t either!”
