Your company failed to change the shipping address on my one and only order. Therefore the label was misprinted and it has been bouncing around post offices in Milwaukee WI. I just found out that the Post Office gave my package to someone who wasn't me and I want to start an inquiry into this matter because I never did receive the shipment. I will be demanding my money back on order #1044590. I expect a full refund because of your gross negligence in this matter.

I received my copy of LOVE, and it doesn't play in my player. On your site, you say it is region 0 (worldwide). However, when it arrives, it is region B. Now what?

All but 1 of the vinyl records I ordered descriptions were wrong. When I received them, they were picture disc versions and not the 2 LP vinyl editions that were stated in the descriptions. I called customer service and explained that I would like to return the picture discs for a refund and they stated I needed to pay for return shipping. I explained that the mistake was on their end so they should pay for return shipping. After being on the phone for almost an hour I was told they would email me a prepaid return label. It has been over a week and I still have not received a return label. Yes,..I’m checking my spam folder as well.. I will never do business with this scam of a company again...and you shouldn’t either!

This disc is completely unplayable. I know this because 1. I bought it. 2. I made it. Yep. These were defective from day 1. I asked oldies.com to remove the product they refused. DO NOT BUY THIS DISC.

Shipping was way too slow. Took them 8 working days to ship, then they suddenly did not have one of my three items that was in stock when I ordered?

Regarding the negative feedback, you had a special order item on this order. As indicated on the item's detail page, during checkout, and on your original order confirmation email), this item required 5-8 business days before we can ship, since we have to order it in for you. This is the first order that I've placed in about five years — because I thought there was no way that Oldies.com was still pulling that scam where they'd bill you for your entire order and try to hold on to the money for stock that they no longer had. Now, however, it seems that the company has just decided to no longer admit that's what they're doing. That's all I can figure from this idiocy where you've informed me that I have a "balance" of $14.58 after my "deposit" of $50.46 because Oldies didn't have two items in stock. This is crooked.

My order was missing items as usual.I received confirmation that all items on my Ofer had shipped but when I received my shipment the DVD birth of a nation was missing. Not the first time this has happened. Very frustrating

This was my first experience with Oldies.com. My order sat pending for a few days so I called the 800 number to see if the item was in stock. The rep on the phone was really rude. She said she'd have no idea until Monday if it's in stock when the warehouse opens . I asked if I could cancel my order - she said yes and hung up on me. I called back and the second person I talked to was slightly nicer. No thanks though, with all the shopping options I'll never shop somewhere where the people at the call centers hate their lives that much. At least be fake nice - I do it all day at my job.

You charge m e $3.49 for shipping on a catalogue? Does that makes sense to you? You want the customer to pay to see what you're offering? Well, you can bet that I won't be ordering anything. I'm will to absorb the cost of your catalogue. Are you will to have my business taken else where? And believe me when I tell you take I will be all over social media letting everyone else know about this practice.

Thanks for the feedback! Catalogs are indeed free. Mailing of the catalogs is also free if we send them to you as part of a regular catalog mailing each month. However, if you special-order a copy of an already-mailed catalog off our website, shipping charges do apply. We hope this addresses your concern!

I purchased 2 albums. One was missing a track. The other was supposed to be 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow but I received an all black vinyl.

Whoever I talked to on customer service was unfriendly even when I told him I accidentally put In the wrong delivery address no solutions were ever offered and I guess someone else received my package.. Oh well I guess.

i am looking into filing a class action lawsuit against Oldies.com i will be reaching out to past and present customers of said business who have had horrible dealings with this company and have suffered financial loss. stay tuned.
