Ordered item on the 12th. It didn't ship until the 18th. And it arrived the 21st. I paid an extra $17 for that service. Ridiculous. And I ordered a DVD but a BluRay was sent instead.

I had a horrible experience with Oldies. When I tried to reach out to customer service to cancel my order I was told they couldn't cancel or change orders after they have been placed until the item arrives so you have to take the time to return it. Extremely ridiculous policy. I think they're hoping it won't be worth the time and the customer will become frustrated and give up trying to get a refund. I found a MUCH better deal on the product I ordered on a different site that offered free shipping as well vs Oldies charging almost $8 for media mail which I know for a fact is under $4. Just a bad company. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere.

Worst store ever! Ordered the wrong blu ray edition because the site didn’t specifically say what I was ordering. The total of my order was $26 but they charged me $31. When I returned the item they took forever to refund me. They finally fully refunded me but I was refunded $26 but not for $31 which I was charged for. Never ordering from oldies again.

I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS, I ALWAYS PLACE A SUBSTANTIAL ORDER AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE UP TO NOW. MY LATEST ORDER JUST ARRIVED AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO CONFIRM THAT A BLU-RAY DISC WHICH I ORDERED THINKING IT WAS "$1.82" (AS IT WAS LISTED WITH OTHER "CLOSEOUT" DISCS FOR AS LITTLE AS $1.58 ) WAS, IN FACT, $5.98 (THEIR LISTING, STILL THE SAME AS IT WAS 10 DAYS AGO WHEN I ORDERED, SAYS "-1.82" AND "111% OFF"!). I WAS IN A HURRY WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, SO DID NOT NOTICE THE ERRORS (I'M ALSO 75 YEARS OLD AND REALLY COULDN'T SEE THE TINY MINUS SIGN IN THE ORIGINAL AD ON MY SMALL COMPUTER SCREEN). I CALLED AFTER OPENING THE SHIPPING BOX TO SEE IF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WOULD, AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE (FOR MY LOYALTY) REFUND THE ABOUT $4.00 DIFFERENCE CAUSED BY THEIR LARGE MISTAKE AND MY SMALL ONE. NO SUCH LUCK. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE DISC (AT MY EXPENSE) IF I WANTED A REFUND. THE MAN I SPOKE TO JUST ARGUED WITH ME AND DIDN'T EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR ERROR. WHAT KIND OF "SERVICE" IS THAT? THEIR KINDNESS IN THIS SITUATION WOULD HAVE GONE A LONG WAY TO HAVING ME CONTINUE TO BUY FROM THEM (ALMOST EVERY DAY I GET E-MAILS AND/OR CATALOGES URGING ME TO BUY MORE...). I AM NOW SO ANGRY AT HIS ATTITUDE, I MAY NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! (JUST TO BE CLEAR, I AM A SERIOUS MOVIE COLLECTOR WHO HAS BOUGHT THOUSANDS OF DVDS FROM MANY SOURCES, INCLUDING FOREIGN DEALERS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BADLY TREATED...IS LOSING MY BUSINESS AND THAT OF ANYONE I MIGHT TELL WORTH $4???).

Emailed them constantly within a minute of checking out to cancel my order. They never responded and sent the item anyway. Terrible service.

Been a customer for years and never had problem. This last order they left out one of the DVDs I ordered. There customer service is awful. They claimed they shipped the DVD and owed me nothing. Do not trust these people. I will never order from them again.

You'll be better off buying from a reputable retailer than from oldies. I was sent the wrong merchandise. I have screenshot of the order with the original description of the item I bought from them. I then used their online help to ask them to send me the correct merchandise. However instead of offering to correct their mistake, they proceeded to change my order to match the description of the merchandise they sent me. And BTW I also have a screenshot shot of the order modified.

I contacted Oldies.com 3 times about a problem I had with my order. They have not responded. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I received the wrong product and customer service has not responded to my inquiry. Big disappointment considering this was a gift for my mom’s retirement party.

Hello, Judith! We don't understand why we deserved a 1-star on this one! The item that you purchased was clearly labeled as a Vinyl LP record, so that's what we shipped you. No problem, we understand mistakes happen... simply return the item to us in unopened condition within 30 days of receipt and we'll be more than happy to refund your purchase price. Oldies.com canceled my order for no reason. I called them 3 times before they did that. I do not think I will be ordering again. That was not good business practice.

The title Hip Hop Hits that arrived was a different version than the one on the website. When i called to ask what my options were, the first person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful, but i could hear another woman in the background yelling that "he got what he ordered" without understanding my problem. She was so nasty, that i actually posted on my IG that people should avoid shopping here so others dont get screwed over. To make matters worse, her only idea was for me to mail the CD back (at my own expense) to get a refund. The money is not the issue but the principal of the issue is what has me angry. While we were discussing the options, she cut me off because i interrupted her and said I was speaking over her, even though i remained calm the whole time. I hope you have recorded your customer service calls so you can hear just how disrespectful and nasty this woman was. It is also of note that the CD that arrived doesnt just fail to match the cover image on the website, but also has a different sku and record label than the bad one that arrived in its place. Shameful and as a serious music collector who is in many circles with like minded individuals, I will go out of my way to dissuade people from shopping here

I was going to give these cds as a gifts but when I went to take the stickers off it tore the plastic and one of the cds had the lower right hand corner of the case completely crushed.

I ordered a couple of items from OLDIES.com, but only received half of my order. According to my account history, all items should have been shipped at the same time. When I called customer service, I was told to call back the next day and ask for "Bernie" If I'm calling regarding a missing item that I paid for, and I'm told to call back the next day and ask for someone else, I can't say I'm too optimistic about getting my issue with a missing item sorted.

Ordered 3 CD's: One (which they said they had 2 copies of, and which was my original reason the buy from Oldies.Com) wasn't shipped for unstated reasons, although I did get to pay for it; one had a drill hole through the back insert and a broken jewel case; one just had a broken jewel case.
