I tried to cancel an order before it was shipped and got nowhere. I found their customer service to be terrible. I am a first and last time customer!

...like...glad to read that Copious people are rock Hard with the oldies experience ...i mean...yea there IS a plague on Everything Is different...butt...6 days to pull & box dvds & bendy toys¿?... i shall wait & see what the gigg is or will try to be...i have no choice....though somehow Amazon packed &shipped dvd action in less than 12hrs Even with a plague on....& i didnt give Amazon like nearly $200.0 ...BAM! your mama... ....butt who cares...?!¿... ...no....freal...who cares¿...wh..whoever?

Ordered 5 DVDs. They arrived promptly enough, but none of them played or indicated content of any kind. I tried them again on a different playback machine. Same thing. All 5 discs are apparently blank (or not formatted for the appropriate domestic U.S. region). I've never had a problem with a DVD not playing unless cracked. These are not. A complete fraud.

I did not receive 2 item from my order. No response from customer service at all to let me know why. WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THEM

Asked for catalog and company wasn't friendly and doesn't like customers who ask when they have had hard times. Prices are not the same and will pay more if not by credit card.

I ordered two cds on Feb 12, at $42.80 plus $8.98 shipping for both. On Feb 21 you sent me a notice that they had been shipped, followed by tracking and delivery notices. But only one cd arrived for which I was charged $30.38. When I called this morning I was told that the other cd was not available; at no time was I told this. I would never have ordered one of two as they form a two-disc collection, as you can plainly see. When I was asked why I was charged full shipping for half an order, I was told $7.98 was standard cost of shipping for a $21 order. When I pointed out that I was charged $8.98, she told me I would be refunded one dollar. She could not explain why the one disc took two weeks to mail. This is how you do business now? I've ordered dozens of discs from Oldies. Never again.

Ordered item on the 12th. It didn't ship until the 18th. And it arrived the 21st. I paid an extra $17 for that service. Ridiculous. And I ordered a DVD but a BluRay was sent instead.

I had a horrible experience with Oldies. When I tried to reach out to customer service to cancel my order I was told they couldn't cancel or change orders after they have been placed until the item arrives so you have to take the time to return it. Extremely ridiculous policy. I think they're hoping it won't be worth the time and the customer will become frustrated and give up trying to get a refund. I found a MUCH better deal on the product I ordered on a different site that offered free shipping as well vs Oldies charging almost $8 for media mail which I know for a fact is under $4. Just a bad company. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere.

Worst store ever! Ordered the wrong blu ray edition because the site didn’t specifically say what I was ordering. The total of my order was $26 but they charged me $31. When I returned the item they took forever to refund me. They finally fully refunded me but I was refunded $26 but not for $31 which I was charged for. Never ordering from oldies again.

I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS, I ALWAYS PLACE A SUBSTANTIAL ORDER AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE UP TO NOW. MY LATEST ORDER JUST ARRIVED AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO CONFIRM THAT A BLU-RAY DISC WHICH I ORDERED THINKING IT WAS "$1.82" (AS IT WAS LISTED WITH OTHER "CLOSEOUT" DISCS FOR AS LITTLE AS $1.58 ) WAS, IN FACT, $5.98 (THEIR LISTING, STILL THE SAME AS IT WAS 10 DAYS AGO WHEN I ORDERED, SAYS "-1.82" AND "111% OFF"!). I WAS IN A HURRY WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, SO DID NOT NOTICE THE ERRORS (I'M ALSO 75 YEARS OLD AND REALLY COULDN'T SEE THE TINY MINUS SIGN IN THE ORIGINAL AD ON MY SMALL COMPUTER SCREEN). I CALLED AFTER OPENING THE SHIPPING BOX TO SEE IF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WOULD, AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE (FOR MY LOYALTY) REFUND THE ABOUT $4.00 DIFFERENCE CAUSED BY THEIR LARGE MISTAKE AND MY SMALL ONE. NO SUCH LUCK. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE DISC (AT MY EXPENSE) IF I WANTED A REFUND. THE MAN I SPOKE TO JUST ARGUED WITH ME AND DIDN'T EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR ERROR. WHAT KIND OF "SERVICE" IS THAT? THEIR KINDNESS IN THIS SITUATION WOULD HAVE GONE A LONG WAY TO HAVING ME CONTINUE TO BUY FROM THEM (ALMOST EVERY DAY I GET E-MAILS AND/OR CATALOGES URGING ME TO BUY MORE...). I AM NOW SO ANGRY AT HIS ATTITUDE, I MAY NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! (JUST TO BE CLEAR, I AM A SERIOUS MOVIE COLLECTOR WHO HAS BOUGHT THOUSANDS OF DVDS FROM MANY SOURCES, INCLUDING FOREIGN DEALERS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BADLY TREATED...IS LOSING MY BUSINESS AND THAT OF ANYONE I MIGHT TELL WORTH $4???).
