Ordered my DVD on 11/29/2020 and received it on 1/6/2021. I paid $7.00 for shipping and they sent it via Economy. This is unacceptable! This was a Christmas DVD that my kids wanted to watch at Christmas time! I have ordered many items from many different online stores and have NEVER had an experience like this! I will never do business with Oldies.com again!!!!

I sent two emails regarding my order, and I requested an exchange for the exact title, due to the artwork inside being somewhat bent and damaged. The cd was sealed as I specified in my email, and I never received any response at all from either email I sent. I’ve purchased from the site in the past and never had any problems, but this time they really missed the mark.

I ordered and paid for two records and only received one. I sent them an email about this issue and they never responded.

I cancelled an order the next day which hadn’t been shipped yet but it was sent to me anyway. Now customer service says i have to mail it back but they cant send me a prepaid label so i have to pay the postage upfront and HOPE they refund my postage as well. This was the customer service representative’s fault who said she had cancelled the order but failed to do so so I shouldn’t have to pay for postage or have to take time out of my schedule to do this.

Horrible company! I placed three orders for CDs as a new customer to try them out before risking big money on vinyl. Good thing I did; two of the three orders were wrong. Two calls to customer service were no help. They literally blamed the mistakes on me and offered no more help than a supervisors name, whom I've not been able to get ahold of of course. Avoid this company like the plague.

PLACED AN ORDER FOR A CD ON DECEMBER 5, 2020. NEVER RECEIVED & NO STATUS OF TRACKING SENT. I CALLED THEM DECEMBER 29, 2020. AGENT LAUGHED & SAID HE WOULD “TRY” TO SEND IT OUT BUT COULD NOT “GUARANTEE IT WOULD BE SENT.” BUT HE DID GUARANTEE HIMSELF FULL PAYMENT AS HE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD SAME DAY THAT I PLACED THE ORDER. AM FILING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DEFINITELY DONE FOR THE PURPOSE OF HARASSMENT. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! DOUBT IF THEY WILL POST THIS REVIEW.

My package was delivered to, Not Only The Wrong Address, BUT to the Wrong POST OFFICE !!! My address is P.O. Box 326 Forked River NJ 08731-0326. The package was delivered to P.O. Box 326, LANOKA HARBOR, 08734. IF NOT FOR MY DUE DILEGENCE I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN MY GRAND DAUGHTER'S GIFT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO YOU BECAUSE YOU SENT IT TO THE WRONG POST OFFICE. I just happened to catch it while tracking package and was able to retrieve the package JUST BEFORE IT WAS RETURNED TO YOU. Your delivery system SUCKS ! ! !

Ordered Justin Timberlake cd which was supposed to be signed. One month later I got cd not signed. Also ordered Jon Bon Jovi signed cd. 1 month later order was cancelled. Emailed customer service 3 weeks ago with no response. Won't order there again

I ordered "Peanuts Deluxe Collection" in late Nov. Don't remember exactly when. Around 2-3 weeks later (Dec-19th) I get an E-mail that my order has been cancelled. Apparently it's "unavailable", yet "OLDIES" continues to advertise that it's in stock. To me this is deceptive and a simple "NOT AVAILABLE" or "out of stock" should be added. How many more people have to order this before you admit you don't have it? I noticed OLDIES has a lot of movies I like. Question, do you actual have them? Or, just fishing for credit card numbers.

I have a damaged item- i tried emailing customer service- 12 days and no response- i called customer service- the guy told me to try emailing customer service again- I emailed them again - still no response- this company is a waste of time- i will never buy again from them

I ordered a CD on December 19. I paid $16.00 for Premium shipping and they never even bothered to ship it until December 27th. They provided a tracking number that showed that the package was never shipped. I canceled the order 12/23 and today they notified me they just shipped the item. SHADY company!

Awful customer service. I wouldn't order from them again or recommend oldies.com. They screwed up my order, got an attitude on the phone, told me to send it back at my expense, I said no not for your mistake, they never sent return label and ignored my email
