I only received one CD, no mention of a Backorder. Sent am email the response said if it's Backordered you will be refunded after 10 days. Had to call, they gave me a store credit which is only given under 10.00, mine was more than 10.00. So I had to ask for my refund. Was told I'd receive a check. STILL WAITING. I ordered originally the first week of February. It's now the end of March. Unacceptable customer service.

Ordered a 2 DVD set of film noir classics. 1st DVD would not play the 2nd movie and kept trying to play the 1st movie again & again. 2nd DVD the 1st movie locked up 1/2 way thru the movie & would not restart. E-mail customer service was non-responsive. Returned DVDs but have not received a replacement after 3 weeks or a refund to my card. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Terrible. My bro ordered via mail months ago. I have emailed on his behalf atleast 5 times. They cashed his check but refuse to respond. I gave them all relevant info for them to look it up. They just say call. Unfortunately he is in prison so I guess that means no service

I cannot believe any of you on the 5 star rating. I had purchased several DVD's, but then had to cancel them due to personal reasons. I requested several time that Oldies cancel my order; as it states on the return / cancel website, but they sent them anyway. Now I have contacted then several times to send me a return label for these items; as it states on their website under: returns will be paid for if it is because of our error. Yet they never

Oldies.com Return Policy needs to be slightly modified. If you send out a duplicate movie DVD to a customer, they should have to pay for the return of the duplicate DVD sent out. Oldies.com should be responsible and send out a return envelope with a return label at their expense, so the customer can then send back the wrong DVD movie that was sent to the customer. Then get back the duplicate, etc... and then send the customer the right DVD movie they purchased in the first place. Not the other way around. The duplicate movie was half the price of the movie they didn't send me in my case. But I still like you guys!

I was not going to give a review as I am patient decent person I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I spent a total of $1157.62 at Oldies.com the worst thing is they syphoned another $181.91 so the total was $1339.53 I had to change my bank account details so no more money would be taken out without my permission I asked for an explanation on this numerous times the first time I rang I was being totally polite the lady hung up on me the customer service is appalling except for one man I spoke to partially sorted my order. Overall I ordered 142 DVD'S which I will give them some credit I got 136 delivered out of the 142 I have been emailing & emailing about the missing 6 DVD'S no reply. I was going to order a lot more probably a few thousand dollars worth but after this I cannot do it & will find an alternative source & I suggest if your an over seas customer watch they do not rip you of as I am pursuing this with N.S.W fair trading. Unfortunately what I thought would be a happy buying experience has been a bad one & they don't care at all.

I ordered a Annie Lennox CD in Nov 2020. It arrived blank! Nothing ,Nada on the CD. I returned it. This is Feb 23 2021. Nothing. I want m money returned. I purchase this CD in Amazon for less than half price It had music. Don't bother with this website. They are anything but upstanding. Laura Conter

Take your business somewhere else! This company has no regard for customer service or communication. I happily ordered four records, gave my card info, and was told they'd ship in 3 to 5 business days. After nothing happened for 10 days while my order status remained "processing" on their site, I finally sent an email to check. At that point, they must have realized something fell through, and finally charged my card, but never bothered to reply and explain. 10 more days pass, and I get nothing. Order status still just says "processing," so I call, and am on hold for 25 minutes before finally giving up and writing another email. They then print a mailing label so they can change my order status to "shipped" that same day (I guess to shut me up) but still never reply. It takes another 7 days to actually send my order out, so that, finally, nearly a full month after placing my order, it arrives in good shape... except that it's only 3 out of 4 records! This was never communicated to me, and I was charged full price, including for the record that didn't arrive. I decide to again call, since the slip in the shipment indicated they didn't charge me for the record that went out of stock in the midst of their screwups, though my bank says otherwise. I finally reached a real person, who proceeded to tell me *I* was wrong, and rudely questioned what I was trying to explain. Finally, she says she'll pass it on to accounting, and here I am a few days later having finally received a refund for the overcharge. Long story short: this was by far the worst online retail experience I've had in a long time. I was trying to give business to a smaller retailer rather than Amazon, and this is the thanks I get: terrible service and zero communication, only delays and overcharges. I should have known to stick to thumbing through old record shops and supporting truly local businesses who care about their customers enough to be helpful and honest with them.

NO service. I changed my address, but it only changed billing address. Once the order was placed, it was wrong, as it would be shipped to the old (wrong) address. NO way to change it. NONE. No modifying the order. Nobody answers the phone. I sent a "message" on your website, but no response. ...so goes the decline and fall of western commerce...

I ordered an abundance of 45s, one of their 100 45RPM Party Packs, and a single LP. The LP was just thrown on the bottom of the box with all the 45s (120 or so) just laying on top of it bouncing around. There were 3 missing 45s that were individual items (not in the pack) then several of the 45s were warped badly and unplayable. I contacted their customer service 3 times and never heard back. I decided to move on, but will never order from them again.

I ordered a CD a few weeks before Christmas. I FINALLY received it today Feb 3, 2021. I ordered hand lotion from Amazon on Sunday from Kentucky and received it the next day! Unbelievable.

I bought 2 records for Xmas, they never arrived... I contacted the seller (oldies), they said they have nothing to do with it and wouldn’t/couldn’t help. Pretty much same answer from usps. End of story: never ever buy from this site again. Do not trust usps.
