“Ordered 5 DVDs, was only shipped 4. I was charged $7.98 for shipping but the order was shipped Media Mail, under 1 lb, with the DVDs loose in a padded envelope. So I paid $8 for a shipping label that only costs around $3.19.”

“My order was shipped to an old address by mistake. When I placed the order, the automatic fill had put in the wrong address, and I corrected it, but for some reason the correction didn't register. Customer service was of no help, and was actually quite rude.”

“I ordered what I though was the 1965 version of Heidi and it was the 1968 movie in the 1965 packaging. Completely wrong director and wrong movie. I called and got an RMA to send it back thinking I'd get a refund, but they sent me the same wrong movie again!! Rediculous!”

“I've bought from Oldies.com before and this time I ordered some 45's and they arrived in bubble wrap. Seriously? I almost returned the entire order because bubble wrap doesn't offer any kind of protection. I am going to listen to them to make sure they weren't damaged.”

“Will never order from them again Return policy is ridiculous Sent me a defective item and when I called for a replacement they told me they have to receive my item back first before sending out the replacement No one else does that. They are penalizing the buyer for their defective product they sent”

“I didn’t receive the item described I paid 145$ Needed that item for my daughters Christmas gift and now I can’t give her anything I was suppose to receive the east side story collection instead I got a single cd for another singer a Roger Miller wth!!! I’m very upset”
