I bought a pair of beats from a seller however the lead time was ridiculous therefore cancelled straight away.
The seller sent the beats anyway.
When I tried to message seller to send back as ONBUY claim you can do they ignored message
Onbuy emailed seller once giving them 24hrs to respond
This was ignored! and ON BUY did not follow up
ON BUY then DELETED the message! Luckily I had screenshotted it
ON BUY still are ignoring messages and you cannot contact them by phone or email

It clearly is not but I cannot email without an automatic response directing me back to my account, which then says the complaint is closed. Seller would not assist as obviously overseas with little care for UK law and when escalated to OnBuy customer services, couldn't be bothered to even respond. Absolutely dreadful.
