“As with other reviews I've now seen, ordered and paid for goods, of which only a third arrived. Can't find the name of the actual seller, have contacted customer service at Onbuy 4 times now, and as with another reviewer they are ignoring me now.
I have also sent a hand written letter to the CEO, so I'll see if he responds. It was something of an investigation to even find him, couldn't find the company on Companies House, had to just keep searching for an address.

“I would prefer to rate them lower - the worst company I have ever dealt with - keep your money and steer clear! Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered frames. They sent frames that are bigger than ordered. I have them ready and packaged for return and have asked them for a refund. They have a standard message which they send over and over again and will spam you inbox. Whatever you say to them, if you send them what they ask for all you will get is this standard message from their suppliers and when OnBuy step in they will say, oh we notice our seller is messaging you. It is ONE BIG SCAM. the standard message: Hi, Respected Buyer, You do not need to return the item, Please can you share the picture of frame with internal measurement, In case of any further issues, you can freely contact us back, We are always here to help you Thanks & Regards

“No refund from them or the seller for fake Nike airforce ones that fell apart after a few months. After contacting On Buy I was told I would get a refund this didn’t happen and no response to email and no way to contact them. I will be contacting trading standards”

“I was ignored by a seller on onbuy, I then contacted onbuy directly who stepped in to assist, they told me to send the item back and provided the address, they assured me that once the item was delivered they would issue me a refund including delivery.
Only problem is the item was delivered 5 days ago and onbuy have not responded to any of my emails since then and so now I'm left without the item, no refund, no acknowledgment of the return or my emails, no other way to contact them either so now I'm stuck just hoping they eventually respond but it's not looking promising.

“This has been the worst experience EVER!!!! My partner bought a PC for my son for Christmas which was faulty!!!! We had a replacement sent on 20th January which was also FAULTY!!!!! Apparently this one has no graphics card. So understandable want our money back. They have said it is over 30 days!!!! We haven’t had a day with a PC that is as per specifications as the add. Under the consumer act 2015 we are well within our rights to our money back!!!!! Bear in mind that a 10 year old has no PC that works and it is February 1st and it was his Christmas present!!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!”
“I've been buying small up to £50 items here for last few years without problem so got brave and ordered phone for £300. 3 weeks after I have no phone, no money and no help from onbuy. They say you are under prorection or tgat they will respond within days if you gave an issue. Well my experience is, as I said before, no phone, no money and no help from Onbuy, they never replied. I feel disappointed, cheated, disgusted and will my sure my experience is visible everywhere so potencial buyers are warned. As for me, I will never shop with OnBuy, big or small, I lost any trust in that platform.”
