“Ordered a perfume for my partner which was due to be delivered my fed ex.the driver left the package outside my workplace and falsely signed the delivery note. Even after supplying evidence that my workplace was closed and text messages I received from the FedEx driver stating "the business was closed so ge left it outside", onbuy said its not our problem and have refused to help remedy the matter. They referred me to FedEx and I can't get in contact with anyone there. This was s Christmas present and I am now £70+ out of pocket. I would avoid them at all costs, I used them as it was for a discontinued perfume and this was one of the only places I could find it at a reasonable price.”

“3 solar ball lights out of 6 didn't work & 2 solar spotlights didn't work & a set of butterfly solar lights were delivered to a completely wrong address! They offered me £22 refund when it should be £46 then made out I'd got to return myself & get tracking even though the goods didn't work so not my fault I was sending them back & now been sent a label after I complained but no instructions of where to take it or can it be collected etc.. On Buy are trying to close return complaint down even though its not resolved yet! Won't buy again.”

“This company's after sales service is awful. I had to contact the seller as my item stopped working. I had to pay postage to return it to seller then money to have it repaired. Onbuy did not want to know. All they said time and time again after my complaint was that we see you have been in touch with the seller and the matter is resolved. It definitely was not. They never once addressed my problem and never refunded my out of pocket expenses even though the item was covered by a 180 day guranteee. Avoid this company.”

I used it on my scalp and it burn me, I had to wash it off immediately. I have been using this product for years and it has never burnt. When I looked at the can more clearly I then noticed that they had spelt it Rogaine, a clear spelling mistake and a clear FAKE. I ordered this product on 5/10/24. I have reported this to OnBuy in many emails and asked for a full refund. They are just ignoring me and I still do not have my refund. I will not let this matter go. I will take this matter further till I get my full refund.

“Wish I’d read all the reviews before wasting my time. I bought a wardrobe from WHATSIZE, which on arrival, I discovered was clearly poor quality. The back and drawer bases were made of flimsy plywood. It was self assembly, which I’m not averse to but there were no numbers or labels on any of the parts. Definitely not worth over £200. I went through the OnBuy refund process, packaging it all up neatly, sending photos as requested, even adding more packaging and tape to protect it further when they asked for this. For the past month I have had numerous empty promises of when they will turn up to collect it, but the elusive collection van never appears. The negative reviews all seem to get a response (AI generated I suspect) saying they understand customers’ frustration; clearly they don’t or they’d take steps to improve their service. will not be buying from them again and would advise anyone to steer clear.”
