Onbuy owes me £500 in compensation for the time I wasted listing 460 products. This company canceled my sales account causing me financial loss. Furthermore, this company owes me £200 for the time lost due to red tape. Even though I met their conditions (company documents, positive reviews, proof of product ownership, etc.), they did not allow me to sell with them. In addition, this company robed me off from the £22.80 I paid them for "selling rights" even though the service was not delivered to me. Onbay are scammers who just want to rob you of your time and money. I am appealing to the control and security authorities to investigate these fraudsters and will seek compensation through the courts.

We ordered dinner chairs,it should come in a week but haven't received at all at the end they said we refund your money back . They refund but not the total amount which we paid them .

Order a sofa which never came. Contacted the seller who is telling me the money have been send back. I checked with my back and they told me the payment its failed. I send 5 emails to customer sercive and 5 to dispute management team and on them 10 emails both of the team are tellimg me to contact the other team and they keep closing my report. Liers... even the sellers company cant be found by the ombutsman.

Once you have made your purchase , should there be any problems .. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN . No names ..No address..No Tel no… NO CONTACT. ! ! Placed order 13 / 12 /23 still not received my order . Requested cancel and refund. Seller K H MART . Use either Company at your peril. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ! !

I was scammed £200 by one of onbuys trusted partners. On buy promotes scammers and makes in nearly impossible to get your money back or even acknowledge your complaint... Buyers beware SHOP ELSEWHERE

Disgraceful. Delivered to wrong address (it happens) however when i provided evidence email from Royal Mail accepting they lost the parcel Onbuy and seller refused to accept liability and i lost £180. Onbuy protection is non existent.

I purchased a ps5 for a Xmas present beginning of November. Item was sent out with wrong name on package. So was returned to sender by Royal Mail. Seller didn’t have another one to send out so had to refund me. Now 7 weeks later I still have not had my money back. I have sent all documentation showing Royal Mail tracking saying item wrongly addressed and returned to sender. And message from the seller apologising that they have sent the item out with the wrong name. But all this time later still no refund. You can’t speak to anyone only message. Most of the time they don’t reply to you but on the odd occasion that they do it takes 48hrs and they are not helpful. Please avoid. This company should be shut down. Worst customer service I have ever encountered

Very bad company. It has been over 2 monthe and onbuy won't refund my money even after saying it will take 3/5 days. Avoid as once they have your money your not getting it back. Please do not order from this company unless you want to lose money

Ordered firestick, sent tracking info from a chinese site with no translation to English. Item did not arrive. Used online chat to notified them, i suspect it was a chat bit as they did not answer any of my questions, Very frustraiting. Asked for a refund that never arrived dispite several requests from me. Had to contact paypal who also requested a refund, Onbuy did not repond to paypal by date requested. Paypal then paid me a refund in full. Disgusting customer service. Do not order through this Onbuy.com

Bought a product from onbuy and tested it with a product from Flannels and the difference was unbelievable. The creed from flannels was absolutely beautiful such a lovely scent and the product from onbuy smelled like washing up liquid in comparison. Please do not buy creed from this place zero stars from me absolute scam 🤬🤬🤬

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE. Had an item on sale and cancelled my purchase two weeks later telling me they were out of stock only to find the same item they were selling for triple the price this time. I even received an email from them saying that the order was dispatched. I reckon they do ths often, advertising stuff on sale getting your money, claiming on interest from other people's money then cancelled orders. AVOID.
