The supplier they quoted on their order confirmation was Eli Home but the delivery was from Amazon.
From research I find that I am one of many who are unhappy with this company who cleverly avoid direct conversations with their customers . Hey know that by doing this on relatively small orders customers are unlikely to take to court.”

“Dangerous product being sold on OnBuy platform!
So, I ordered some eye drops from OnBuy, some "South Moon" Redness eye relief. The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) subsequently issued a severe warning regarding these eye drops and stating they must not be used as they neither contained the active ingredient claimed but also contained high levels of bacteria that could cause an anti-biotic resistant infection.
Quote from the FDA, "The agency tested samples of South Moon and Rebright eye drops, purchased online. The South Moon eye drops were contaminated with Burkholderia cepacia complex, a group of bacteria that could result in an antibiotic-resistant infection. While Rebright testing was negative for contamination, FDA recommends consumers not use this product.
FDA testing of the Rebright and South Moon eye drops also found that these copycat products lacked brimonidine tartrate, the active ingredient in Lumify. FDA was unable to obtain FivFivGo samples".

I contacted OnBuy immediately. I was advised someone would respond within two days. No one did. I contacted them again, again no one responded. This is now two weeks ago.
I must warm others about these eye drops, that are openly being sold on the OnBuy platform, and the potential danger to those using them.
I do not know what other products on OnBuy's platform may be potential dangerous but the fact OnBuy have not bother to respond or contact me, as they stated they would, indicates to me that they really don't care if products sold on their platform could cause you harm. So please be aware.”

“This company has misleading and unclear information on the website about applying to become a seller. The point is that they require you to pay one month subcribe fee in advance before submitting the application. It is clear said this is one-month subscription fee in advance. the subscribtion fee provides various services that help the seller's account and products and renews automatically every month, but after you pay the fee, this fee suddenly becomes a non-refundable application fee!
No matter how clearly the invoice you receive says that it is a subscribe fee that renews automatically every month, they insist that it is an application fee and it is non-refundable! Any time try to contact them, there will only be two results, one is no one to reply to the email, and the other is a copy and paste of a text to you through ticket.
It is really surprising that a company that I have purchased and trusted as a customer would handle the problem like this! Unbelievable!
