“I bought some Aftershave from DJ BARGAINS last November. The item never arrived and when I contacted the seller he told me that I had to claim through PayPal as he had insufficient funds in his account to release the item to me. I told him that it was not my responsibility to do it as he had my payment from my visa debit card instantly. I was never refunded the money. I suggest you avoid the seller. Very disappointed.”

“Bought 2 radiator covers and 1 had a missing part. As I had gone over the 6mth return policy before opening the box they will not refund or replace or even just send the missing part. No customer service support at all.

Remember when reviewing that you are purchasing from a 3rd party supplier and so maybe it is them who need the negative review. Like Amazon, many people believe they are purchasing directly from OnBuy which is not the case and is usually the same on Amazon (although they do sell directly and uncompetitive with their own sellers.
My experience of OnBuy has been nothing but positive. You just have to pick your seller carefully.”

5 amazon workers have turned up at my door trying to give me the package but because I don't have the number they can't give it to me. They are wasting everyone's time, I feel really bad for the delivery drivers who arn't on much money and have said they get penalized for packages sent back.”
