“Horrendous company, avoid like the plague!!
Ordered product early April, it’s now 15th May and still no sign of it.
Keep asking for update all I get is they’re waiting for the courier to collect it!!! This had been the reply for over 2 weeks.
Lesson learnt. Never again.”

Ordered a yard tent for my nephews birthday - never arrived and customer service just keep showing me a tracking screen shot that says delivered - it clearly wasnt - then they are telling me to go to all the local courier collection depots to see if the package is there - they still have not agreed to a refund. no product and no refund. Dreadful avoid at all costs”
“I would give no stars if i could, if you live in n ireland stay well away from this company. I wish id read reviews before purchasing a solar light for just under £5.00 there was a £200.00 delivery charge which was not clear on purchasing email.
Onbuy we are just at most 1 hour flight i could have come to collect in person for less than that delivery charge not made clear purchase from China
