“I logged my breakdown at 11.25am and half an hour later the agent had arrived. Which was 55 minutes earlier than I was advised. He was really friendly and quickly solved the problem I had. I highly recommend 👌”

“One Call recovery exceeded expectations by arriving about an hour ahead of the time we were given. Our driver (ref LP5) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and made the onward journey far more interesting than it would have been otherwise. It was a very positive experience”

“Well..Archie was cheerful and helpful. Came from Membury Services. Turns out it was a stray stone under the dust pad of the drivers side brake pad. I was extremely apologetic. My warning light came on and I was worried Was waiting a while. But all in all within the league time. Staff were helpful in the call centre, thank you very much. Archie was great.”

“Called to report a breakdown, they were very helpful. When the recovery was going to be a long time, I re called them and they managed to get someone sooner. The breakdown person was extremely friendly and helpful. So although there was a time delay, the service was excellent.”

“A very pleasant and helpful man arrived promptly on the time I'd been given. After a quick check, he knew that the clutch had gone, so loaded it up on his trailer and took it to the garage I requested. Very quickly dealt with and a nice man too. Excellent service. Thank you.”
