“Can thank one call rescue enough, from the first phone conversation to them picking my car up, they were very helpful. They said a time and stuck to it. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helped sort everything else out. Keep up the good work”

“Reassuring & helpful once I teled.BREAKDOWN.10/10 ONE CALL ONLINE TOTALLY USELESS 0/10 TRIED TO ENTER MY PORTAL. THEY HAD INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND ON 7 OCCASIONS JUST KEPT SENDING ME TO THE SAME ONLINE LINK. AN ALGORITHM... HOME START BUT WHAT IF NOT AT HOME? I AM A STROKE VICTIM ......SCARY!!!”

“The website was shocking. Kept crashing and declining payment. Couldn’t find a contact number so used the online chat. Waited forever to finally speak to someone. I was given a contact number to call and the guy I spoke too was amazing. He made it a very simple process and someone came out to recover my car within 90 minutes. Will definitely just call next time (now I have the contact number)”
